While I don't have one favorite nursery, Wells is certainly one of my favorites. They have a huge selection of small trees and shrubs, including a great collection of hard to find deciduous azaleas. They also stock a pretty good collection of shade perennials, and there is always some exciting treat hidden amongst their more common varieties. Their prices are very good when compared with other nurseries closer to Redmond, and they are very friendly folks. What doesn’t Wells have? Their selection of annuals certainly could be better. But most of the time you are better off buying those at Home Depot anyway, as most nurseries can not compete with them on price, and I don’t see the point in buying exotic varieties of things that die 6 months later. Also if your looking for designer garden clogs or aprons or other such silliness your better off looking elsewhere.
