Subaru dealer with new and some used cars.They're on the same street as several other dealers. Very helpful sales staff with lots of patience. They have a reputation for being low-pressure and up-front about pricing, and it's true. I'll give just one example. When I already agreed to buy one of their cars, the salesman told me that the price had just gone down on it, because they were about to run a promo starting that day. I was already sold on the car, and was getting out the checkbook to pay a higher price, so he didn't have to tell me this. They don't lie when they use the phrase "no commission". Would you expect this from other dealers? I doubt it. - J T. more

Best car dealer and service department I have ever worked with... I bought a Forester from them in 2000 over the web. Fair pricing, nice people. I have gone to them for service on the Forester for 6 years. I drive over to Auburn to go to the service department (from Bellevue), because they do such a competent job at a fair price. My subaru is 12 yrs old and still functions very well. 3/26/2010

Anytime I call for service with an issue and in the most recent case it was starting difficulty. Randy generally assists with good advice/repairs plus ball park estimate and always calls if there are other problems found. Every visit is excellent because staff are friendly and professional. I transferred my service from another dealership which is much closer to my residence but decided to drive the distance to Mike Scarff after calling and speaking with someone who really seemed to care. I am glad to find a Subaru dealer that does such a great job & treats my car so well. No other Subaru dealer has had service as good as Auburn. I work for a large company (600+ employees) & have told many of them how good Mike Scarff is. So far 3 have either had service or bought vehicles. I will continue to "brag" about the service.
