Took them 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong with our pool. Charged us WAY too much because of their incompetence, they had to keep coming back and charged us everytime. Now my pool is green because they let it go so long without following up on service. Communication almost nil. I had to call them each morning to see if someone was coming out.\r \r I should have believed the other reviews. Last time I ever use them (and I had been using them for over 20 yrs). Tried to get someone to look at a pool they have been servicing to try and get the stains out, they let build up. They were on a weekly contract , and the pool is a wreak. Run like a spotted $%^& ape from Rainy Pools. Even charged way too much to even come out and talk about a contract. Cons: everything more

We tried to pick all the materials, tiles, pool texture etc. that we wanted but were given their opinion on some and now we regret it! . They say ""oh we also have our best tile crew working on your house"". Their quality of work is a 6/10. I chose to have them service the pool since they should know what their doing but no, their employees are lazy and I would recommend you to pick any other stand-alone pool cleaning company. Even the walk paths around the pool are cracking! we probably have to redo the walk paths all over just after 4 years!\r \r Once again, choose another company and GO SEE other houses that they have worked on!
