Romantic, its not! The location and drive up to the Lodge looks promising. But that's where the romance ends. Unless you are sitting a a specific table called ""the Landing"" your conversation is your neighbors conversation. The tables are crammed very close to each other. The wait staff struggles not to bump into your table while serving another. Next, there's no dress code whatsoever. There were several guests in blue jeans, boots and very casual shirts. Furthermore, there were NUMEROUS guests having conversations on their MOBILE PHONES. There was even one guest using his Nextel speaker phone!!! As a result, the Rainbow Lodge is very noisy.
On the plus side, the food is very good. The Rainbow Lodge should be touted as a Business Power Dinner/Lunch Restaurant, but NOT a romantic place for a special night out.
Pros: Food, Location
Cons: Casual Atmosphere, No Dress Code, Cell Phones
