The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. I was not pleased with how I was treated after an angry "relative" (not blood related) made one hateful complaint against me - I felt like they automatically took their side without fully investigating the situation - but they did take very good care of my mother during the time we needed them. My mother ended up improving to the point where their assistance was no longer needed, but their help was greatly appreciated.
