I have been taking my daughters, 14 and 16 to Rainbow Dental since they were 3 years old! We had always liked it...but increasingly it was more and more impersonal. They bumped my appointment time, which was always the same for all the years we had been going, and then made it out like I was the one who had forgotten. The last occasion, my daughter required an extraction and filling; the dentist did not use anything to numb her for the filling and acted put out that she wanted to be numbed for the extraction and then didn't even give it time to work before he yanked her tooth! Never again. We have since switched dentists.
