Rainbow Cellular

I live in Riverside and came in Saturday night to open up some more phone lines. I came around closing time so when I was dealing with the gentleman at the store as to, which phones I could get for opening up the lines. It came down to closing time so I was asked to come back the next day and so I did. Sunday came back and got the same service and left with 3 new phones and a new plan. I have been coming here for years and have never had any problems with the gentleman working here. As to the person who wrote the review before mine all I have to say is that in order for you to receive bad service you would have had been a rude customer to begin with. I went in Rainbow cellular around 6pm some to check phone deal when my phone plan' s contract is over. I talked to a guy (as far as I remember - short and bald). This guy talked rude and loud to customer as if he was a sheriff ( not a phone seller). There was also a lady who came in the store to ask about phones just like me. I noticed this guy talked to both of us with the same voice; but I left last since getting more question to ask. After answering some of my questions with same rude voice he told me his store is about to close. I thought I stayed beyond his closed hours, looked at my watch it was 6:20pm, came out to look at the store's business hour sign, which is not closed until 7pm. Came out of the store, I never got angry that much. This is the first time I have seen such a rude and ill behavior sale man in Bolsa area; (Across street there is Wireless city store (if I am not confused), people here are nice and helpful). I just want to see how long his business lasts with this awful sale guy ! Pros: Close to my home Cons: Rude to customers more
