the place is nice, they play good music, and there are usually alot of people! Ive been there for the first time, and I enjoyed myself with all my friends. the biggest issue getting into the club is the all the security guys, a few take their job too seriously. One of the security guys, the pedophile looking one who checks people for weapons told my bf his pants were too baggy and there were people inside the club already with more baggier pants. we came all the way from the bay to check out the club, and we were going to just leave. we asked to speak to a manager, and none of the security knew who the manager was! we were able to get into the club about an hour later. all of the security guards are dick5 except for the one who was really cool about everything and took the time to help us, some tall hawaiian looking guy with braids/cornrows, we've been going for the past few months and never have any problems. hes probably the coolest dude that works there. the drinks are good prices :) Pros: not so crowded to dance, the bars, and smoking area Cons: getting past security. more

The rage is cool for what it is...people talkin hecka mess about the 18 and over night...i mean what do you expect! there r only about two +18 over clubs in Sac!I mean the bouncers are a little uptight, and they hate on the men, and the girls wear VANs(ladies we rock stillettos in da club). But they do play cool music and has like three different rooms!Once again.... ALL YOU OLD PEOPLE STOP HATING!!!!! more

I been here one time. We walked in and walked out. It was very gettoo!!!!! The place was sticky, the cover was way too high for the type of place it was. The location was weird like in a plaza! Everytime ive gone to the rage its been the worst experience ever....ive givin the place 3 strikes....i will give it no more chances. Dont waste your time and money by going to the place....its the worst club ever. The crowd sucks, the music sucks, and the people who work there suck. The security is the worst part of it all, they take everyting too seriously....like there protecting the president inside the club. The whole atmosphere is terrible. Ive partied in LA, Miami, Europe, and South America....this is the worst club ever.....EVER.....dont waste your time Pros: none, none, none Cons: everything, everything, everything more

there aren't many good clubs in sac, but coming here on sunday nights is so much fun!!! it's really laid back and different from the other clubs. everyone's really friendly, rarely any fights, and everyone's outfits are awesome! goth night rules!!!!! plus, where else can you get into a club for 3 bucks? I took my cousins who are only 19 since this is the only 18 & up in sacramento, the place does get crowded where they have to turn people away, the music is radio music, the crowd is young, not for people who are 21 & up! This club is open 7 days you really have to check the schedule. The head security guy is really mean but then there is always some fight going. I know wed. is college nights & that isn't bad at all! This club is not a club you go to meet girls. There are way too many guys. The many times i taken girl, i had to always watch out for them. Asian night on thursday is pretty cool if you like stuck up asian girls. It is the best club if you're only 18 years old. Pros: 18 and up, good music Cons: Perverted Guys, Aggressive guys more

The Rage is great of Saturday nights! The music is worth going for because the radio station 107.9 the end broadcast live from inside the club. It's a great place if you just want to dance! Eddie mixes the music on Saturday night and its a remix of the top 40 and old school. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the dress to impress code needs to be more inforced. Nobody wants to see people wearing jeans on a Saturday night. The crowd seems to be pretty low key and I guess it's a good place to meet someone.... in fact my friend ended up marrying someone she met there! Anyway my pals.... jenn and adia think the music is cool and worth the $7.00 cover. But make sure to avoid the 18 and over nights, they suck!
