Great First Experience at Rage 5/4/2012

Awesome Salon, Matt is the Best. Ever. 2/3/2012

Matt has been cutting my hair for about 6 months now, and he is just amazing! I have thick, sometimes unruly hair, and he always knows exactly how to cut it for me. I have been slowly growing it out, and he has done a perfect job of making the grow-out process pretty, not painful. more

Loved it 1/9/2012

I went to Rage to get my hair cut and my eyebrows waxed. I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience. My hairdresser, Hannah, listened attentively to what I wanted. She did a great job and didn't cut too much. She also gave her own personal suggestions on what would look better. I appreciated her input. She did a great job on my eyebrows as well. They looked shaped and cleaned up without looking too thin. I would definitely recommend Rage and Hannah to anyone looking for a good haircut and a nice experience. more

I went to Rage because of a friends suggestion and I was extremely impressed! The salon was comfortable and inviting as was the staff! Jenna has been an amazing stylist and I always leave completely satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone. more

I was recommended by coworkers and friends to go to Rage, and I understand why! My stylist, Karly, was very friendly and answered all of my questions! She also gave me advice about making my thin hair appear thicker. Furthermore, my haircut was perfect! She was sure to follow my specifications. more

When I first went in and met Kim, she was very easy to work with. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. It was also very flattering to my facial features and personality. I look forward to getting my hair done there. It's in the heart of the classic city - always something going on! The salon itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. Just a great experience all the way around. You can't go wrong getting your hair done at Rage! more

Best hair salon experience in Athens! 6/11/2011

This salon is in the heart of downtown Athens-beautiful space. It is comfortable, well designed, not too noisy - very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is great - they make you feel welcome, offering refreshments as soon as you walk in. My stylist, Jenna, was great! She really listened and offered her expertise and thoughts on my hair. I got highlights and a cut. We were able to cut enough to donate, which was a good thing. Jenna took her time; I never felt rushed. They also have a very nice inventory of products. They validate parking, which is great because there is a parking deck across the street and you don't have to worry about finding downtown parking. My overall experience was excellent, and I will definitely return to Rage Hair Studio! more

Donatella knows best! 5/24/2011

I made an appointment at Rage and explained my fine locks had an unfortunate overshearing experience with a prior stylist (considered to be at the top of the athens hair food chain) and I needed someone experienced with fine hair who could help me get my style back in check. I was scheduled to meet Donatella that Saturday morning.\r \r Donatella was really wonderful. She listened to what I had to say about my hair and absolutely did exactly what needed to be done. Not much could be cut because of how the prior cut had removed so much so she just trimmed up the smallest bits to bring them back in line and start the grow out process. It was not in her power to fix my hair as only time can do that but she made such an improvement. It looks so much better. \r \r Since she didn't spend much time cutting it she really went the extra mile to spend time styling it and working with it. I appreciated her being real and honest about what had to be done instead of cutting a lot more just to prove she could cut hair. The point was to get my hair full again and she knew less was more. \r \r The salon itself is also quite nice although I was more concerned with my cut. I highly recommend Donatella!! more

A+ for Donnatella at Rage Hair Studio 5/8/2011

I read about your stylist Donnatella on line, called your salon and spoke with her on the phone. I was desparately needing a color correction Immediately!!\r She told us that she thought she could help me and gave me an appointment for the very next day. It is a 31/2 hour drive from my home. The results were worth every mile we had to drive!!! I went into the salon a very unhappy person and left feeling totally changed by my gorgeous hair. I would highly recomend Donatella to anyone who needs a miracle to correct badly colored hair or either just wants a cut and style. I give her and Rage Hair Studio a big A+. Thanks for making my day! more

Excellent Service ! 4/2/2011

I went to Rage hair studio to get a perm in my hair. Donnetella was the best. She knew what kind and how I wanted it to look with what little I was able to tell her I wanted to do to my hair. She was extreamly nice and was easy to talk to. They even took me on a late notice and treated me like their number one customer. I love my hair and will tell everyone I know to go here. I will definitely be coming back whenever I can ! more

Excellent Service 3/25/2011

Iwent to Rage Studio on advice from my oldest daughter and have no regrets.... Brea was wonderful. She was very patience and understand of my youngest daughter with a disability. It was also her birthday on the day that we went in and she went the extra mile to curl my daughters hair to make her feel special... Thank you Brea.... We will definitely be back. By the way, you did an excellent job on the color you put in my hair... Will be seeing ya soon. more

Review of Rage Hair Studio 3/20/2011

I really enjoyed getting my hair styled and cut at Rage hair salon in downtown Athens. They were nice enough to take me last minute as a walk-in, but the treated me like their best costumer. I love the hair cut they gave me. The studio space that they are located at is super trendy, yet comfortable. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Oh yeah, Ask for Brea. She's great!\r more

I'm going back! 3/13/2011

I have found a new home for my hair with Rage. I need a cut that adds volume to my thin flat hair and I got that with my cut from Brea. I am going back for some coloring and will let you know how that turns out. Friendly staff, free parking, and a nice salon. more

great place, free parking, in downtown athens! 3/6/2011

I was hesitant to try a salon downtown due to the hassle of parking but I'm so glad I did! They will validate your parking if you park in the deck so you so you do not have to pay that extra cost. Erin did my highlights and cut and she did a great job. If you're looking for a stylist who is good with blonde hair, then Erin is the right fit for you. And they are open late, if you need that after-work appointment. The front desk girls are nice and will offer you a beverage upon your arrival. Bumble + bumble hair products are also a bonus! more
