When we walked in, we loved the atmosphere. It's really modern and in a really cool building! We were seated in a room off the main room. Since it was a small room and it was almost full, the noise level was extremely high from all the different conversations. When we asked to be reseated, the staff was accomadating. The noise level was much lower in the main dining room. When we were served, the food was awesome, especially the fried green beans (not sure what it was called on the menu, though). My only compaint is the service. The waitress did not approach our table for several minutes after we arrived, even though the restaurant was not busy. The atmosphere isn't exactly like ""fine dining,"" so the ""uppity"" attitude of the waitress was insulting. When I asked for the drink menu, she left to go get it. As she returned, I held my hand out to take the menu from her. She completely ignored my outstretched hand and placed it in front of me on the table. I know this may seem like a minor detail, but she left me hanging and made me feel as if I had committed some moral dining sin. I was insulted because, as the paying customer, I should be the one to choose the attitude, not the waitress, especially considering that this act did not disturb other diners. I felt as if the image of the restaurant was more important than the customer service. Needless to say, although the food was possibly the best I've had in awhile, I will not return to this restaurant due to the attitude and poor service.
Pros: Awesome food
Cons: Bad attitude
