They were very rude when I tried to return a Radio Shack brand product I had bought at another Radio Shack (I had been told I could return it if it wasn't what I needed). It was for outside use but they refused to accept it because the packaging (box) was damp (I live in Washington and it was winter). Only the box had moisture (no real damage, just a bit damp), the product is sealed in plastic inside the box and it had never been opened. I will never shop here again and I suggest you don't either unless you know you'll never have to return a product.
