Review of Radiant's tech Jason 11/1/2014

We had a leak in our water line right after the meter and were wasting 2 gals.min. Jason came the same day we called at 9pm and started digging to find out where the leak was coming from. The next day he came back with the tools he needed to cut through the concrete at the curb and after digging found the leaking pipe. Based on his recommendation we replaced the main valve and PRV and the segment of pipe and couplings that were leaking. He then laid the concrete himself to repair the curb. By 3pm that day we had our water back. He did an excellent job, w.as very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied with his performance and would not hesitate to recommend him Thanks, Jason ! more

Chad at Radiant Plumbing 10/26/2014

Radiant Plumbing and Chad were a big help for me during a recent crisis. My water heater started leaking on a late Sunday afternoon. To make matters worse - the valve to the water heater (20 years old) broke and I couldn't shut off the water to the heater. After trying several plumbers, Radiant was able to come out Sunday night and fix the valve to turn the water to water heater off. The next morning they came out and replaced the water heater. Chad was professional, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Chad and Radiant. more

Courteous, friendly, same-day service. Jason represents your company well and the work was completed as promised. Service was prompt from the time I submitted my initial request online, a call in advance of Jason's arrival, a call when he arrived. Great service, courteous and competent personnel. Couldn't be happier. They are not cheap, but remember the old adage "you get what you pay for." Also, I think their prices are reasonable for the level of service they provide, which is very good. more

JR and Team Did a Great Job 2/7/2014

I called Radient yesterday at 8:00 a.m., regarding a issue with my water heater and JR was at my door at 9:30. Very professional, informative and knowledgeable around the issue and explained my options very clearly. He was very honest around the entire repair and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. Job was complete by 2:00 the next day! more

JR is a fantastic plumber. He has been to our older but new to us home several times to solve different issues and to help with the remodeling of our kitchen. He is excellent at solving problems on the fly and performing standard plumbing services. I can't recommend this company and JR in particular more highly. more

Super fast service. 1/8/2014

I had a problem with a broken pipe that was pouring out a lot of water. I called Radiant Plumbing and within 30 minutes there was a technician at my door. He fixed the problem fast and exactly what we asked for. I really recommend Radiant for all your plumbing needs. more

I was really shocked at the price of $1200+ for a job that took no longer than 2 hours to do. With the exception of a couple of small parts, I provided the commode, the faucets and the shower. Everyone is really great and polite, but the "Price Was Not Right." Jackie more

Radiant Plumbing has very professional and helpful technicians 11/21/2013

Mickie did a great job of turning an unhappy situation around. Due to a miscommunication with the office about the actual problem, as a drain technician he reported he would be unable to fix the plumbing part of my problem which was very frustrating. When he went to work on the drain he discovered that the source of the problem could be easily remedied with a gasket and I didn't need a plumber or my drain unclogged. He handled my frustration very professionally and despite the mix up, I would totally use Radiant again. more
