Radiance 2/12/2011

I just had my consultation and I can not wait to get the treatments that were recommended. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a friend that has had great results from Radiance, I am excited to turn back the clock a little! more

I came in only for a consultation for Fraxel treatments, but I thought their office was a calm environment, the staff was friendly/helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything, and their prices were very reasonable based on the comparative research I did online before coming in. I like the surrounding neighborhood, too, and there's plenty of parking in front of their office. more

I am very pleased with all the services I have had a Radiance Medspa. The girls there are great...Kari is excellent at injectables, she really takes her time with you. Mary really knows about skin care, she is very thorough and follows up with her patients. This place is totally out of my way, but I will continue to go back because the service and care is excellent. more

I have have been very satisfied with Radiance in Wheaton. I had a series of photofacials with Mary and the results were just amazing! My face was covered in freckles and lots of sun damage. Also, my face is 42 yrs. old. It truly transformed my complexion. My skin is so smooth and my face is all one color now. At a later appointment, I tried Botox for the first time after my consultation with Stephanie. I can't believe I waited so long to have this done! Stephanie did a great job and my results were very natural. I have referred my friends and family to Mary and Stephanie and they all have been very satisfied with their results. more

Radiance MedSpa is a five star spa! The experienced and very pleasant staff (especially Julie!) have transformed my dull complexion into a Wow!!! I must receive at least one compliment a week about how great my complexion looks. And I owe this to Radiance MedSpa. Thank you. Stephanie more

I have been to many different, spa's, plastic surgery offices, dermatologist etc..., but have never really felt like I was getting what I was paying for. At Radiance I get not only a spa atmosphere, which is much more pampering, but also because it is a medspa I receive experienced knowledgeable information and treatments. They also carry cutting edge skin care products that you can't get just "anywhere" I always request Mary for my treatments. She is not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but she is always listening to what I feel my needs are, and tailoring my skin care regimen and treatments to best meet my needs.Since I have been under her care, I can honestly see and feel a difference in my skin. more

I had been having alot of trouble with my skin due to hormonal breakouts, sun damage, and poor texture and tone. Mary, gave me a facial and recommended a new skin regimen, along with specific products to improve my skin problems. Already, after only 2 weeks, my skin has improved so much. I even have recieved a few compliments from people who haven't seen me in awhile. I will continue to see Mary regularly for facials and any further treatment she may recommend. I am so pleased with her professionalism and her expertise! more

My experience at Radiance Medspa was fantastic. From the minute I walked into the reception area, I was treated like a princess. Mary was wonderful, very professional, yet personable. Her work is meticulous and my facial with her was the best I've ever had. I have returned to Radiance and have and will always ask for Mary. I love the decor and also the products available. All the personnel there are top notch! more

Unbelievable service at Radiance Medspa 9/9/2009

Unbelievable service at Radiance Medspa. I have been to COUNTLESS area dermatologists and medical spas - and had every treatment in the book, and this facility is BY FAR AND AWAY the best! The staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable and in no way pushy about their procedures or products. I joined their 'monthly' facial club after I received my first PCA peel from Julie because I loved it so much! She even called to check in on me after the procedure to ensure I was satisfied. Further, their prices are very reasonable and product lines first rate. I have already recommended them to family, friends & co-workers! more

I have been to several high end spas and I must say Radiance is ranked superb. The staff is very friendly and the nurse is very very knowledgeable about all procedures. She counseled me for a very long time, informing me of all pros/cons and even new things I may want to try in the future. After my procedure, she called a few days later to 'check up' on me. All in all, I must rank her as outstanding and I will be returning. more
