How good is One Medical Group? 5/19/2011

Everything about this company is great! From the elegant reception to the care and dedication of the staff. My wife has some medical issues and her doctor at One Medical is emailing her at 10pm about things we can do to alleviate the symptoms! Phones are answered by the second ring; referrals and prescriptions are done instantly; we never have to make any follow-up calls. About as close to an ideal Doctor's office as you can get! more

Best doctors! 4/25/2011

The office was amazing--it looks more like a spa than a doctors office. I called in the morning and had a same day appointment 2 hours later--wow! My doctor was extremely knowledgeable and she took time to answer all of my questions. Fantastic experience!\r more

I love these doctors! 6/9/2010

I first visited One Medical Group a few months back and was instantly impressed with their operation. I wasn't feeling great and a friend mentioned that I should check them out...10 minutes later, I had registered online and had an appointment scheduled...for later that day! Seriously. Same day appointments! I even signed up and scheduled my appointment online. Then I went to the office...which is like no doctor's office you've ever seen before. It's a calming environment...not the normal sterile doctors office. Nice pictures, comfortable seats...the only problem was that I wasn't in the waiting room long enough to soak it all in...my doctor came out and greeted me immediately. Had a nice first visit and got the sense that my doctor wanted to know me and help me manage my health...not just check off the boxes and get me out the door so he could see another patient. I can't say enough good things about this office. I'm shocked there aren't more doctors like these guys... Pros: great doctors who really care, same day appointments more
