Met a great salesman hector, Sales manager Steve Buss is the one to avoid in a sale. Service had me wait 4 hours never telling me wheels were sent out. In the meantime several other cars were worked on while I waited. Come on 4 hours. Wife called Manager Steve Buss and he totaly shined her on and said he do nothing, then hung up. This is the way he treats customers after spending 30K on a car. Do not deal with this guy, needs to get some manners. So Mr. Buss, once you buy a car, i guess thats where it ends. Beware of who you deal with. Hector was honest but unfortunately his boss is a jerk. Mr. Buss, you need to be nice to people after the sale, hope you can sleep at night. Be careful of service, watch them at the window, see how half of them talk and joke around instead of working. better get an estimate on your time and if its not in line with the estimate, go check it out. your time there should not be wasted waiting in the lounge.
