we had the best experience at bates rv after going to several dealers that day we were a bit aggrivated. when we got there the salesman named stephen spent a couple hours with us explaining the difference in the products he was the most educational salesman we had ever met. he never once got upset with us being indecisive in what best met our needs. i would recommend everyone talk to him when you are ready to purchase a motorhome. we will definately be back to do business with him this year sometime. thanks again stephen. more

Can not say enough about the service dept. I had an on going problem with my RV after speaking with the service advisor she explained what was done to my RV and kept me in the loop during the time it was being serviced. Thank you more

My husband and I bought a new 2011 Airstream International in Sept 2011 from Bates Rv. We paid cash. During our first trip the air conditioner leaked, refrigerator did not get cooler than 60 degrees, the pantry door would not latch, the bathroom sink leaked. We took it back- a 7 hour trip. They kept it for 44 days. They never called us to give us updates. We finally called them and gave them one week to fix it. It was clear that we were not a priority after the sale. It turns out the frig was on recall- we were not told that upon purchase. It was reluctantly replaced as well as the air conditioner.Now 2 LED lights have gone out- Bates offers no help and the lights are not under warranty. My husband has spent two afternoons trying to locate lights for this camper. We have owned 2 Airstreams in the past- quality of new units are disappointing. more

We rented 3 RV's from Bates at the end of August 2010...one got a flat tire, the other engine blew and the third didn't have any air conditioning. It is now Feb. 2011 and we cannot even get our damage deposit refunded and are in the process of taking them to court to get our money back. They are disorganized to say the least and from what we can tell they will lie and steal from whoever they can. If I could make this review in the negative stars I would... You have been warned...do not ruin your vacation by renting from Bates. more

Initially I was very pleased with our experience when we first bought our Airstream two years ago. Unfortunately our trailer was flooded in September 2009. Shortly after the flood we tried getting assistance from Bates for a refund for the extended warranty Bates sold us as well as the extended tire warranty. It's now April 2010 and we've received no assistance from Bates even after talking with Mr. Bates. Interstate National Dealer Services of Florida told me we had to go through the dealer. The Tire policy is Automotive Warranty Services of Florida I am very disappointed in Bates post sales lack of service. Pros: initially very friendly service Cons: Poor post sales service more

I have traveled I-4 many times and have seen the beautiful Airstream Trailers. Recently we decided to buy a travel trailer and decided on an Airstream. I do love The Airstream Ranch, that can be viewed on I-4. I hope they allow it to stay. We were met with a very friendly lady at the front desk. We were told a salesperson could escort us and we declined. She gace us some information and answered several of our questions. While traveling throught the many airstreams several sales people asked if we needed any assistance and were very friendly. Pros: plenty of parking and golf carts for transportation more
