I tried a few other health clubs before I found RPM. Cynthia and Karen are energetic and enthusiastic, but more importantly, they're kind and caring. Whether you are the type of person who loves to exercise or you dread the necessity of it (like me), you will feel comfortable at RPM. They always welcome each customer with a smile. Besides the spinning classes, which are great, they also have pilates classes and personal training. They also recently bought all new spinning bikes, which is nice. The only recommendation I have is to bring earplugs because the music gets kind of loud during the classes. Other than that, it's great!
