I did not have a good experience with this shop. They were on a short list of body shops provided to me from the insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me, so I went to them ...

upfront and accommodating 3/16/2013

Called and brought car in mid-afternoon on the same day. Figured out problem was not as easy as originally thought but car was ready early the next day. more

Oil Change 2/25/2013

The window sticker indicated that I was half-way through my Mobil One change cycle when I brought the Buick in for repairs. It should not have been changed... especially with regular oil without my permission. more

Super fast, excellent service! 2/20/2013

When my car broke down AAA recommended and towed me to R & M where they were extremely friendly. They got my car diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours. And that included an oil change, alignment, and two new tires (all things I had been meaning to get done, but had put off for far too long!). They gave me a AAA 10% discount and their prices were really reasonable. The staff kept me updated on the progress of my car the entire time and even came and picked me when the car was done. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend R & M. more

Very friendly and informative!! 2/8/2013

I went in for an oil change, as well as some new tires, and they were very friendly. I also wanted to get some work done that was quoted at another place, and they called me back to tell me I should get my work done at the other place, because it was a good price, which I'm pretty sure doesn't happen often. more

R&M has a fabulously friendly staff and they are very accomodating! Whenever I call they work around my schedule to get me in and make everything so easy for me! Great customer service! more

Let me start off by saying- Getting into an accident is stressful enough but once the Dust cleared R & M Was able to fix / repair all damages done to my car with a little extra- I am very appreciative of all the work they have done for me and my Honda Accord- I would like to send a very special Thank you to Ted- (not sure of his last name)\r He went above and beyond and to him I would like to extend my deepest thanks as he made sure I was always up to date on the status of my car. I will be returning in the future for any additional work. Please disregard all the negative comments on this site as I have experienced nothing but helpful, polite employees who are willing to go above and beyond to make it right!! :) more

R&M is a RIP OFF 7/1/2010

This place is a rip off, i wish i would have read the report on the BBB, they tell you things need to be repaired on your vehicle, that do not. They tried to SCAM me and it diddnt work! STAY AWAY!!! more

At least they were friendly 6/3/2005

I did not have a good experience with this shop. They were on a short list of body shops provided to me from the insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me, so I went to them because I thought they would be convenient. They did not repair my car to the way it was before the accident, and in fact messed a bunch of stuff up. I ended up incurring an additional $5,000 worth of repair work at a 2nd body shop to fix the shoddy job done by R&M. They look like they do a better job with tractor trailers than they do with cars, so if you have a rig you might still want to consider them. more
