I contacted Randallstown Lock and Key today, regarding some non-emergency locksmith services. I was given an explanation of services, a fair quote and directions to their shop. After speaking personally with the owner who was very courteous and informative, I spoke with Alyse (who was also very courteous), who scheduled my service appoinment for that very same day. My locksmith was Bruce. Bruce arrived during the scheduled time. He went over the services I was interested in, made suggestions and informed me of prices every step of the way. He arrived in a RLK vehicle and wore a jacket with the business name. Bruce was professional, informative and friendly. He cleaned up after he finished the job and gave me a fair price, not too much more than what I was quoted over the phone. I was very pleased with the service provided and will use Randallstown Lock and Key again if needed. I will also recommend them to my family and friends. I had an alarm system installed in my home 3-1/2 years ago. It works perfectly and doesn't go off unless it is supposed to, unlike other home alarms that go off all the time. When the alarm is armed, and I open a door my mistake, the alarm company calls immediately to check if things are OK. The monthly fee is also very reasonable. Pros: Great service; reasonable rates; very professional. Cons: I have no complaints at all. more

sloppy work and charged doubel what others charge , would'nt even clean up mess more
