A few years ago I recieved a gift certificate from my sister in law for R'chambeaus. Im not gonna lie at first i was affraid because i had been going to my salon and spa for years and i was scared to try something new. I cannot tell you how pleased i was at rchambeau, and to think what i was missing out on for so many years!!! I cannot believe all the extra steps that are included in their services compared to the old place that i went to! during my pedicure at rchambeaus i got hot towels wrapped on my feet and let me tell you, it felt incredible!!!!! The facial i recieved was to die for! I got to lay on top of this water pillow thing and as soon as my head hit the pillow and the young girl began my facial i felt like i was in heaven! I highly recommend this place for your spa services, they truely are out of this world. I am so thankful my sister in law got me that gift certificate to rchambeaus, now all my family members get me gift certificates there :) more

I have been a client of Rchambeau's for years. I have ALWAYS been treated pleasantly by ALL of the staff, and I am always offered coffee, tea, or water by the receptionist....they even offer to hang up my coat for me! Their staff is fully trained and very knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else!!!! Thanks RChambeau's!!!! more

A great deal of appreciation goes to Rchambeaus from me! I""ve been a client to Rchambeaus for 9 years, and it was one of the best discoveries i've ever made. If your looking for a new salon/spa to go to i highly recommend Rchambeaus!!! i know YOU WON'T be dissapointed! \r \r and to 'bobbykid' that commented that bunch of garbage below, u need to get the stick out of your bum! If anyone would have told me I could fall asleep while a total stranger was touching my face I would have laughed at them. The signature facial was the most relaxing thing I have done for myself ever, from the hot paraffin handdip, to the warm water pillow bed this was a great experience. I felt not only pampered but received some skin care education in addition that has proven to be very helpful in resolving some of my skin issues. I can't wait to try something else in the spa and for sure will be back for that signature facial. Pros: several operators, evening hours more

I arrived at the spa. First of all, I was astounded that I was booked in and then told to go get myself a cup of coffee. This is supposed to be a beautiful spa catering to clients who are paying a lot of money to be in a pampered type of setting. When I go to get a hair cut, I am always offered a cup of tea or coffee, which the receptionist brings. \r \r My esthetician Karen then came down and told me that she hadn't turned the wax on to warm, so we would have to wait for that. I know from experience that wax takes at least an hour to come to the proper temperature. I mentioned this, and she said she would figure something out. I was escorted into the room about ten minutes later. Karen was using wax from a bowl that she had microwaved! As my waxing started, I realized very quickly that Karen had little or no experience with waxing. She had not pre cut the muslin strips, so had to keep cutting for every strip. She was pulling the strips straight up off of my body, instead of towards the body. She was doing the wax in little patches rather than applying wax to a larger area and then quickly pulling the hair off. Karen had to leave the room every few minutes to microwave the wax as it cooled. When she started to do my bikini line, I actually began to cry. She was putting the wax on sideways instead of in the direction the hair grows. It was awful. An hour and a half later, she was ""done."" I sat up, and saw that huge amounts of hair had been missed. At this point I was really emotional. I was so excited to come in and get a PROFESSIONAL spa quality wax. This was a disaster. Karen even mentioned that she needed to take a course on waxing. All in all, it took two plus hours to get most, not all, of the hair off of my legs. I had to keep pointing out where she had missed patches of hair. I have had better waxing at beauty schools with students practicing their technique.\r \r I tried to leave at this point without getting a pedicure because I was so upset. Karen talked me into staying for the pedicure and I did.\r \r Waxing should not be offered at a quality spa if the estheticians are not properly trained. This was a horrible expereince. I am sad that my brother and sister in law spent so much money for a spa class experience for me that was simply terrible.\r \r And, three and a half hours later, I was charged full price for the services provided. I was referred to R'chambeaus Salon and Day Spa by a friend and let me tell you, that friend knew exactly what she was talking about. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived and the receptionist was so friendly. The serenity of this business is so wonderful. There is a warm fire place glowing with real fire and a sitting area for you. They are run very efficiently but with such warmth. They have beautiful facial rooms, a vichy shower room, a foot reflexology room, massage room, nail room and so much more. I received a facial from the owner and it was the best thing I ever had done in any Salon I have been in. Such relaxation. I then proceeded to a massage and wow, it was so relaxing with beautiful music in the background and a superb massage. They care what YOU want - they let you really enjoy the atmosphere and everything is 5-star. I then made an appointment for a vichy shower and it was something I had never done before. That was absolutely marvelous! They have 5 shower heads above you and the 5 shower heads gently fall all over your body and it removes all of your dead skin off of your body. I felt absolutely wonderful after this and wanted more. I made another appointment and received a manicure and the best pedicure I had ever had. I travel a lot and have been to many spas in my life and this beats them all.\r I would highly recommend this salon and day spa to anyone. You must try it as it as a wonderful array of\r things you can have done. I would give it the best I ever have had. I highly recommend R'chambeaus also for hair, they know exactly how to cut and shape your hair to your face to make you look wonderful and know everything about your hair. Wonderful! Going to Rchambeaus Salon & Spa for the first time I must admit I expected wonderful treatments since a friend turned me on to them. I surely was not disappointed. The services were far more than I expected. I received a Rchambeaus signature facial. Let me tell you when they say in there menu a day of splendor they really have it down pat. Hot towels, pariffin hand dip, scalp massage, shoulder, hand and arm massage, hot towels ect. This facial was by far the best I have ever had anywhere. The pedicure and manicure followed suit. I can only say enjoy!!!! Pros: fireplace in waiting area, good large parking lot, educated and up to date on styles very pleasant service very friendly front desk Cons: I have to say I have no cons more
