Quality products and great customer service! 1/15/2012

These guys are great! Second time I've ordered from them, very knowledgeable and answered and my questions in detail and build quality is second to none. I will look forward to the EFR build on my B8 later in the year. Keep up the good work guys. more

Best place for Audis 12/13/2011

They will get your Audi running like she should be. FAST!! Great place for any service on Audis, and if you want, they can tune it into a beast! I've taken my 10 year old Audi there a few times over the last couple years and now its running stronger than when I bought it! more

Excellent custom work 12/7/2011

I wanted more performance for my car and saw an opportunity when finding out RAI did custom work with VR6s. I was constantly kept in the loop on my project from Ray during the whole build. My car turned out to be a beast. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I knew my car was always in good hands. I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone for regular maintenance and performance work. more

Intake Manifold Swap and FSI Cleaning 12/2/2011

My Check engine light came on Monday called RAI they told me to bring my car for a diagnoses. After the faults were checked it turned out my Intake manifold needed to be replaced and and FSI cleaning was recommended. As usual these guys are awesome. Brought the car in on Thursday and was out in 1.5 hours. Thanks guys. The B7 runs again. more

Amazing people! Helped me off the side of the road 11/16/2011

I had a flat on I695 and as I was changing it one of the workers, Dustin stopped by to make sure everything was alright. Once I got the spare from the back we soon found out that was flat as well. He gave me a ride to the shop to see if they had any spare tires to help out. We luckily found one that would work for the time being and got set up very quickly. They saved me from being stranded. Great guys, great work, nothing bad I can say about them. Definitely will be getting work done here. more

great work performed on short notice 9/22/2011

As is usual, RAI accommodated me with very short notice during a very busy week for them. The work they performed (fabricating a replacement harness for my fuel injectors) exceeded my expectations and my car is running great. The technician's attention to detail was impressive and I couldn't be happier with the results. more

Great Service, All Around 9/8/2011

I used RAI for warranty repairs on my VW(Read: not performance upgrades). They know VW/Audi's very well. Repairs were made in a very timely manner. Staff was very courteous, up front about pricing, suggested additional repairs/maintenance (but were not high pressure on selling them), and kept me well informed of my car's progress. I would definitely take my car to RAI again. more

After talking to Ray and seeing the shop there is no place better. These guys are the best around for service and performance. The sky is really the limit they can custom tailor the build to you, they build everything in house. They are so far ahead of the competition in many aspects its crazy. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Audi. more

Unitronic Chipped 7/14/2011

Took the car in for ECU chipping and the results are amazing. The guys at RAI have been so kool. I will recommend them and will be back for some more kool stuff. Can't wait to see what else RAI can do for me. more

Very reputable place 6/28/2011

RAI has been a great place for my 2.7t and highly recommend it to anyone else. All my experiences have been very pleasing with the staff and service that has been done. I won't stop coming to RAI unless my 2.7t stops breaking down. more
