If anyone has any loose ends or business issues, he frequents the Panera Bread next to Lowes. He uses the restaurant as his office. He is normally there midweek between 12-5 on his laptop for several hours. I am publishing this information as public notice. more

RUN, RUN, RUN! He is a man lacking character, integrity or morals. He will lie, cheat and steal without remorse. I rented office space to him; he left owing close to $15,000 & ""destroyed"" my space! It took me over 60 hours of labor to try and salavage the space....still not like it was. No security deposit as check bounced and 14 months of excuses. Once evicted he said he would make weekly payments until the debt was cleared......that was 2+ months ago --- I will never see my $$$. Since then at least 14 people have stopped by looking for him stating he took $ but did not perform service as agreed. I hope the State Attorney gets involved and RJ Wall is sent BACK prison for a very long time so he can not hurt/devestate anyone else. more

IRJ Wall is the biggest crook in the city of Jacksonville. He scammed my son and me for $7500 last year with the promises of paying me back that has lasted for over a year and a half. With constant excuses that he will pay back a portion of the debt next week, even setting up a time and a place to meet, never actually showing up and then not picking the phone or responding to texts. We had given him a retainer that he was suppose to use to set up a family restaurant. We even have a contract that was signed between RJ Wall Organization, Inc and myself on which he has never followed through and just disappeared with my money. I am in the process of filling a lawsuit against him. Do NOT believe his LIES!!!!! more

I found RJ Wall posting modeling agency ad on craigslist.He was looking for a secretary to handle all the models, recruitment,photoshoots,databases(which i w orked on day & night for weeks) RJ had rented out a building behind pita pit on 3rd street at jacksonville,beach & he never worked with me there.I was always alone , just bringing mylaptop & finding models online for the model database.I was supposed to get paid $800 every two weeks & $200 for gas for every two weeks , than after 90 days, i would get health insurance.I thought this would be a long term job, we had multiple interviews at panera's & i thought this was all legit.He broke my heart, i though i was going to finally be financially stable doing something my heart just loves so much ! RJ only came in on the day he fired me.He walked in, gave me a $600 check,minus taxes, and told me to give him the keys to the building & that i needed to leave immedietly.I said to him"" what do i do?, i have no money"" I live in st.augustine, and so over the month that i worked for him, i spent gas money every day back and forth to jacksonville beach to st.augustine,fl.I worked mon-sun,no days off.And i even was working at home because models were always emailing me, so i had to talk with them to get all their info for our database,competitions,etc... RJ Wall owes more

This shyster keeps operating upon the false pretense that he will pay workers and help business owners set up shop in decent accomodations. His practices are unsafe and unscrupulous. He has not settled his debts with me and several other contractors I know (talking several thousand apiece). How does this crackpot stay in business?? No one should do business with this worm. Not a very straight forward business or individual, use caution or you'll find your time, money and resources tied up with no ROI in sight. There is always an excuse on tap to keep you on-board and dodge any accusations. The man will TALK of great things beware of the dream that never comes true. Very elaborate and eloquent SCAM at best. Using many different business names so, the funds and the blame for delays/failures gets juggled about just right for his sake. more
