WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Crazy manager on saturday morning 2/25/2012

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! The manager is CRAZY!!! I went today (Saturday around 1pm) with my husband to test drive the Outlander Sport. First of all, they sell the car for $5k more than it is advertised online. After we test drove the car, we asked the sales agent to give his best price. He went to speak to his manager, which is normal. The manager comes back with his agent, takes all the papers from us, and literally kicks us out of the dealership! I have never in my life experienced something like this. I am pretty sure that the manager was mentally ill There is no way anyone in their right state of mind (let alone a salesman) talks and acts that way. more

After 4 weeks of looking a dealer in the net. We finally\r found a ""very very good dealership"" to go.\r June 11, 2011 we went to GRAVA MITSUBISHI in Medford MA. the worse dealership that i had ever seen in my life, and we just walk out from this place. June 12, Sunday went to Quirk Mitsubishi in Quincy, Ma 02169.\r After to 2 hrs. everything was all set. we got a Outlander Gt 2011, Tuesday June 14, our outlander was delivered in our house. and everything was all set. A very Big Thank you to Phil McCabe. evrything was made possible thru Phil. Quirk Mitsubishi, you need more staff like Phil Mcabe. Great Dealership - Highly Recomend 12/7/2010

I recently purchased an Outlander ffrom Quirk Mitsubishi and my experience was great. I was trading in my old Lancer to upgrade to an Outlander. Phil was my sales person and he was very patient with me and wanted to make sure I purchased the right vehicle that met my needs. Aaron the sales manager introduced himself to me and informed me of loyalty incentives etc... .Overall my experience was very positive. The follow up after the sales is tremendous. I purchased the Outlander in October and Phil continues to stay in contact me to make sure everything is ok and is willing to answer any questions I may have. more

A Dealership with a Great Personality 8/30/2010

I was on the market for a new car and was unsure of what i wanted. There were a couple of different Mitsubishi models that I Was interested in and the sales person Kevin gave me the opportunity to test drive all the models. He and the manager were able to give me a great price and they accommodated my schedule and my needs every step of the way until my car was delivered. Thanks so much and best of luck!! more

best experience ever 8/27/2010

I just moved to the shore shore and I was so relieved to find out there was a Mitsubishi dealership in the south shore. I have had three Mitsubishis before and this experience is by far the best. Aaron was the sales manager and he was great. He quoted me a great price for the car I wanted and listened to my needs. Great job guys! more
