Quiktax has been doing our taxes for years! As long as their doors are open, we will be back! We are completely satisfied, even in years we have owed Uncle Sam. They make the whole ""filing income tax"" experience less daunting. Its easy to make an appt, or just walk-in, the office is open evenings and Saturdays. The staff is very knowledgeable of changes to tax laws, and stands behind their work. Everyone makes you feel welcome and like no question is a stupid question! We have never left the office not understanding our tax situation. That's not to say we always liked the end result, but Quiktax made sure that all our questions were answered and that we had a plan for the next year. If you are self-employed, like me, doing your taxes can be a scary thing! They have helped my business get organized, which has helped me make more money at the end of the day.
