My first impression of this mover when I called caused me to give up and look elsewhere. Made a rude comment to me about "let me see if I understand what you said in 100 words in 2 minutes." Was that really necessary? Some of us are new at this and need patient, gentle guidance on how to navigate a move successfully. I teach statistics (tough subject matter) and would never think of saying something like that to my students. Paying customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect in all communications. If this is any indication of how this mover communicates with his customers I'm glad I found out from this poor first impression on the phone. I'm looking elsewhere.?
