Peter Cotton was excellent from the time we drove onto the lot to the time we took delivery of our vehicle. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He went our of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. We liked him so much we recommended him to our son and future daughter in law. Nightmare 11/20/2011

This was my worst experience in buying a car. It was a nightmare that will last with me for a long time. The salesmen are skilled in baiting, switching, pushing, and providing false information. Buyer will be totally ignored after completing the sale. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. more

Bill Bacmeister was our car salesman. He has the no pressure personality. He was extremely friendly and precise with all of the new cars' details and didn't question our price range. This is the second Ford Escape we bought from Bill. He is an excellent salesmen. On the other hand the gentlemen that sealed the deal (the money collector) so desperately tried to sell us the maintenance program. He came across as knowing everything we were thinking and always had a quick response as to why we needed to purchase this plan. Finally my husband arrived back from the JOHN and said "NO" "WE DON'T WANT IT" of course he apologized if he offended us. Finally, we got out of there happy with our new Ford Escape and happy we didn't get the maintenance plan. more

New Mazda 3!!! 3/30/2011

My recent car shopping experience was the best I have ever had. My salesman, Carlos Calzada, was extremely knowledge on the many cars that I looked at. He is a caring person and went well out of his way to find me a car that I could afford. Patrick, the finance specialist, even came in on his day off to finish up my purchase. I am so excited to be the proud owner of a 2011 Mazda 3! It is a sweet looking and peppy car! Thanks again for the professional treatment given by all of the staff at Gary Yeomans Ford, Lincoln, Mazda. I will definitely recommend you to all friends and family! more

Great Service 3/20/2011

Paul Bellanca at Gary Yeomans Ford went out of his way to make the deal for our new 2011 Fiesta go through. He even stayed late to finish it up and get us on the road. After being treated poorly by other dealerships in the area it was refreshing to be treated like someone important by the staff at Gary Yeomans. more

A happy new customer 2/18/2011

Purchasing my Explorer from Miami over the phone and by email was a new experience for me after buying more than seven cars at the dealership.\r The personalized and very professional attention from Carlos and David and the efficiency to process my credit and negotiating the best price for me was very exciting. The time for all the process was less that the time I expend at the others dealerships. Even though I live in Miami I will buy all my cars in the future at Gary Yeomans Ford. more

Gary Yoemans Ford Understands Customer Service!! 2/14/2011

Gary Yoeman's Ford is an A+++++++ dealership to deal with. They truly understand what customer service is all about. If you go there you MUST deal with Dave Maloney and nobody else. He understands service after the sale. The General Manager of the dealership, Carlos, stands behind his word and his product. I had problems and they corrected them. Could not ask for anything more. They will work with you to what is FAIR... It has to be fair for both both the consumer and the dealership, that is what most people seem to forget. I will be a repeat customer. more
