Used Quick Fix Headliners for a repair to my 2002 VW new beetle and a repair to the windshield. Repair was done in a very timely manner, very professionally and satisfactorily. We dropped the car on Friday afternoon, August 10th, when Robert took the headliner off and returned on Saturday the 11th, when he replaced and secured it in place so we were never without the car. Robert also fix the ding in the windshield.\r Would use him again and would recommend him. Great work. Thank you. Mance more

Repair of Headliner for 2003 Nissan Xterra 1/21/2012

I had just about given up on my Xterra with too many little things going wrong all at once. Robert came out to my office in downtown Houston and made the replacement of the drooping headliner as painless as possible. Incredibly professional, quick, and high quality work. I checked around the area for similar services and for the 3 year warranty, high quality, and same day on-site service, this deal can't be beat. The Xterra will probably be with me for a few more years thanks to Robert's work. more

Great service, great work! 5/19/2010

Great service! Robert put a new headliner in my 03 Jag XJ8 today. The service was professional, well-informed, fast and the quality of his work is top-notch! The color match is almost perfect (that's as close as I'm going to get without buying a new Jag) and he even got my sunroof working again. I can't believe how great it looks, all for a very reasonable price. I should have done this a year ago! Thanks Quick Fix!! Pros: fast, professional, great quality Cons: not a single one more

Repair of Headliner for 1995 Mercedes Benz C280 5/5/2010

We own a 1995 MB C280 that runs great but the years took a toll and the headliner (inside roof and insulation) had tore and was hanging down. After checking with a number of places (and leaving car somewhere else where no work was done for 4 days requiring us to retrieve the car), Quick fix took our car in at noon and it was ready at 5:30 p.m. the same day. More importantly, the headliner was replaced on roof and sun-roof and looks great. Price was also 15% less than other quotes. Great service and price. I highly recommend it. Fantastic one-day service! 7/13/2009

Quick Fix Headliners came to my office, removed the headliner, took it to their shop, replaced it, brought it back to my office and re-installed it--all in the same day! I did not have to leave work, arrange rides or rent a car. Robert was great---friendly, polite and extremely helpful--he even cleaned up my coffee spill (thank you, Robert!)! Terrible Experience 5/26/2009

The windshield repair was fine but when I went to work I woke up and couldn?t find my keys. I tried calling them and there was no answer. I had to get back to work so I grabbed my spare keys and drove to work. Once they opened I called them back and ask them if they had my keys. The service man said he would call me back. After not calling me back for four hours I decided to give them a call again to see if they could find my keys. The person who answered the phone said the service advisor put the keys on my trunk. I said, ?I drove to work this morning and the keys probably fell off my trunk. Who knows where the keys are now?. He then said he would get back to me. After not receiving a phone call again I called them back yet again. The secretary answered and informed me the serviceman said he had given me back the keys when he handed me my receipt. She said that perhaps they are around my house somewhere. I know he didn?t give me back my keys and told her ?The serviceman said he left them on my trunk and that lying about the situation wasn?t the right way to handle it and said they should have to pay for new locks and keys for my house and another spare for my car.? She said that they weren?t to blame but they would pay to have the keys replaced. Then I asked her if they weren?t to blame why would you pay to have the just the keys replaced. I didn?t appreciate them lying about the incident. She then asked me if I take medication. I was extremely angry with her at that moment and instead of saying something I would regret I said hung up the phone. The staff that I dealt with at Quick Fix was terrible. I will never ever go back there again. more

Great service with made in the USA glass 2/15/2008

Used them for a windshield replacement. They saved my stickers, used a PPG brand not Chinese. Very nice overall experience was pleasant . I would use them again. Pros: Use American made glass, offer free mobile service, prices reasonable more
