Most wonderful experience 4/14/2011

I had the most wonderful experience at Qui Si Bella. This is by far the nicest spa I've been to and I have visited quite a few spas; comparable to the Chumash Resort Spa, the Grand Spa at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Of course the facility is beautiful and the amenities are superb, but everyone is so nice, helpful, friendly and competent. My therapist, Niki, was very professional. I enjoyed a wonderful body scrub (a little scratchy) but the result was worth it as I am so polished! Next came a wonderful massage. Niki did a fabulous job. I highly recommend your spa and will return for sure. more

The best facial ever! 3/30/2011

I had the best facial ever! Your staff welcomed me with smiles on a long, late Friday afternoon- I felt very special. My face glowed and I got so many compliments. Your spa is decorated so beautifully and I felt all sorts of good feelings while I was there. I will be back! more

one of santa barbara's hidden gems. 3/18/2011

This spa is in a great location, very easy to find parking. The spa is beautiful. They have state of the art equipment that isn't found at some other spas. Everything is very professional. I got a clearlight acne treatment awhile back when i had bad acne, and it has completely cleared it. I used to have a lot of pimples and blackheads and bumps, but this procedure uses a light or whatever to shrink your pores. That was years ago, and my skin is STILL nice. I ALWAYS get compliments on my skin. They use the best products here, like dermalogica and yonka. This is definitley one of santa barbara's hidden gems. more

Just OK 5/21/2007

Great facility, the place is beautiful with tranquil sounds and beautiful stone. It's a beautiful place to be. My boyfriend bought me the "dolce vita" spa package that was supposed to be a 2.5 hour delight. Well, i sat around for 35 minutes past my appointment time, and instead of ensuring that i still get that time, they cut it short! Also they ended up charging me and extra 113$ even though i tried and tried to refuse the pushy woman trying to sell me products. I left there in tears, I won't go back. more

Very overpriced 11/25/2005

The new Qui Si Bella located in Loreto Plaza is a new day spa. I frequent the area daily, so I was excited to have a convenient place to get facials and massages. On my initial call to get pricing the staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. They offer many services but couldn't get me an appointment for weeks out. Very disappointing. more
