The hotel laundry is where the money is he could care less about walk in customers. he makes enough to pay you for your lost 500 dollar dress! Oh and Heather you dropped off your husbands shirts with 100 dollars in twenties in his pocket, I dout they would hand that back to you! He kicked me out the door before I could make sure of that! Turned in a WHITE $510 rag and bone jacket that i only had for 9 days, worn it once and then sent it in for a 3 day service.\r Two weeks and 6 phone calls later I was told that it was sent to Canada and that I would have it in a few days.....another two weeks later I got my jacket but it was black and white tie dye, not all white.\r After talking with them for 3 weeks (them telling me that it was not there fault) and that they will not credit the cost of the jacket or replace it. I'm now taking them to court to get them to pay for it. more

I first heard of Quest Cleaners from a friend who ships her most treasured stained garments to Quest all the way from Connecticut. I thought it was a little insane so I thought I?d try it out. I brought in a favorite white jacket that had stains all over it. Guess what, I got my jacket looking brand new and the stains which I thought were unremovable have disappeared! The price is also very reasonable and service is very friendly (they even do ?emergency? pick up and delivery if needed!) I will never move to another dry cleaners again! (Tip: Quest is just a little bit difficult to find since it is at the back of another building.)
