Watch out: eager to sell but horrible service afterwards 11/18/2011

I had my wood pellet stove installed in January of 2011. Since then I have had to replace the igniter. The third week of October my husband called to schedule cleaning appointment, they toke his information and said they would have someone call him back to set up the appointment. About week went by and no one called, he called again and said the same thing they told him that they would have someone call him back to schedule an appointment. This went for about four weeks until I finally decided to call myself. I called and spoke to a young man and explained what has been happening and he assured me that he would have someone call me be back right away, he kept his word. A woman called about 20 minutes latter I believe her name was Dena, not a very nice person at all she proceeded to finally scheduling an appointment for the 2nd week of December. I told her that we have been waiting for four weeks and that it wasn’t right that we still have to wait an additional four weeks before they will come over. I told her that their customer service was terrible; I also proceeded to let her know that I was going to call the Better Business Burial and put in a complaint and she did not care. more

Terrible customer service...avoid at all costs! 9/13/2008

I had my wood pellet stove installed three years ago, and I have been buying pellets from them. Now, their service is terrible, attitude terrible, and downright rude at times. Excuses at every turn for their poor service. I buy pellets in early July for delivery in August. No delivery, no call. It took me an additional three weeks to get pellets, and only after I went into the store and begged for them. I bought a spa in July, for delivery in August. No spa by mid-September. Excuses? A truckload!! more

We haven't had installation yet so I can't speak about that yet.....but we did prepay for pellets. When we went to pick them up we were told they were out and wouldn't be getting more in for several weeks but that we could pay to upgrade to a better brand. Yeah....typical bait and switch. We only have 30 days to pick up our pellets or we lose the money. I'm not too thrilled so far. more
