I have heard of companies taking advantage of people before so I was a bit nervous using Queen City Garage Door Repair for the first time when my door was acting up. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He pointed out a few trouble areas with my door and gave me his recommendations with several options. I chose the option that I was most comfortable with. The tech repaired on site and in no time my door was running like new again. I found my garage door company with great prices and professional techs. more

Great and professional service. I've used Queen City Garage Door Repair twice, once to install a new garage door and once after the renters moved out and took the openers. Each time service was quick, honest and very competitively priced. The representative was also courteous and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Very highly recommended! Five Stars!! 3/29/2012

Called Queen City Garage Door Repair to have them replace the coil spring that busted overnight. Very friendly people. I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled service right away. The tech was prompt, did a great job, and charged me the price quoted over the phone. No suprises, just great service at a good price! more

Excellent Service!! 3/18/2012

Queen City Garage Door Repair is open 7 days a week. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they arrived within 20 minutes. They fixed my garage door very quickly and there price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Queen City Garage Door Repair to my friends!!! more

Queen City Garage Door Repair 2/18/2012

This company is great. I had an 11am appointment today Sunday 2/19/12. To make a long story short, I could not sleep so I called Queen City at 5:30am and asked if I could have an earlier appointment. No problem the gentlemen replied, I will have a tech to you by 6:30am. Would you believe it, their tech David showed up at 6:30 as promised and did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door broke and I needed it fixed ASAP! I was not leaving it open while I was at work, so I called Queen City Garage Door Repair. The tech came quickly and had the problem fixed in no time.
