GREAT PIZZA, not so great price. 10/10/2010

Best pizza ever. I love the Tom's Choice BBQ chicken pizza. However its expensive. If your in need of a large pizza then you might as well kiss a crisp $20 goodbye. They have pretty decent pizza bread, breadsticks, and salads. But stick to the pizza its amazing! more

Great Pizza, lousy service 3/22/2009

The pizza here really is good- far better than any national chain. But, I really feel that their competitor, Pagliai's is better. In fact, I had some friends come to town and tell me that they wanted to come back to Carbondale just to have Pagliai's pizza. But enough about that.... delivery at Quatro's has generally been a good experience. However, I had a really bad experience with service at the restaurant. The waitress was incredibly rude- so rude, in fact, that I complained to the manager, which I honestly NEVER do. I am not even one to send my food back if it is wrong- that is how rude she was. The manager was very dismissive and was just acting like we wanted free food. We got no apology and he just gave us free drinks, when in reality I would have been more satisfied with an apology from the waitress. In summary, the pizza here is great but the service inspired me to get pizza exclusively from Pag's, even if I have to pay more. It is better anyway. Pros: Great Pizza Cons: Not as good as Pag's; lousy service more

Mama Mia!!!! 10/13/2008

My parents live close by and everytime we go visit they want to have Quatro's pizza. This place is awesome and it is the best pizza you will ever have. The restaurant doesn't look so big from the outside, but once inside you see it is much bigger than you expected. It is very popular with the college kids, but still has a nice setting for families as well. Very casual, so it makes for a fun family night.\r \r Pros: The best pizza ever\r Cons: A lot of college kids hanging out more

The pizza is the best in town, a little more expensive than pizza hut, but well worth it. The weekends are very croweded, expecially if there is a game that day in town. they have plenty of parking. And a good salad bar. Pros: good parking, Drinks available Cons: expensive, small rooms for party more

Best pizza in So. Ill!! 11/21/2005

This pizza is by far the BEST pizza outside of Chicago pizza! THere isn't anything fancy about the actual restraunt and it's always smokey as they do allow smoking, but if you order to-go, you are sure to be pleased! I do'nt know what it is about this pizza but it's addicting! And not a terrible price either! PROS: Tasty!!! CONS: Smokey restraunt :( more

Best Pizza in Town 11/15/2005

Quatros is the best pizza in Carbondale. It has become a family favorite when they come and visit. While their meat lovers is by far their best pizza, they also offer several sandwiches that are reported by my family and friends as being very delicious. PROS: Great Pizza and other novelties CONS: Lack of seating more

Closest thing to deep dish in Carbondale 6/26/2005

Ok, it ain't exactly a Chicago deep-dish style pizza that you might be used too, but they get the job done pretty well. The salads are huge and the plastic cups you get to take home are a plus. PROS: 99cent pitchers on wed CONS: thiiiick crust more

Good Pizza 2/7/2005

Easily the best pizza in Carbondale, but it can be a bit expensive. I don't know much about the service because i usually have it delivered, but the delivery is pretty quick. The lasagna is good, and the garlic bread is great. It tastes good cold too, if you have left overs. I'm from the Chicago area, and still think this is fantastic pizza. The crust is more of a deep dish style, it's pretty thick. Definately quality pizza. Pros: great pizza more
