I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

Always great service 11/12/2013

Oil changes take a little while, but they're cheap and the staff are always great. Just decided to buy tires from them, over my dealership, because I like these guys and would rather send my business to the local shops. more

Sloppy job 11/3/2013

I have always had great experiences with you but Friday I had tires mounted for my Focus ST and the tech was very sloppy. There was excess tire sealant on the sidewalls, sticky smudges all over the wheels (can't tell if they're scratched until I can clean it off) and even tire sealant on the body. I even went to the length of cleaning the wheels in 40 degree rainy weather to make it easier to get a good clean mount and balance. Crack the whip Jimmy, you guys are better than this. more

Very easy to book the oil change online. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Just enough time to have a coffee and doughnut next door at Dunkin Donuts. more

Trust is the biggest and most valuable word you can use to describe someone who services your vehicle. I trust QT&A, they have always given me terrific advice and service, and their people are top-notch. After being ripped-off and constantly upsold by competitors, I was lucky to find them.
