I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left. I brought it back to be corrected. I was told it was a tire pull. Which I don't believe for a couple reasons. Was the vehicle not test driven after work? A test drive would have shown these issues. Or did the tech just not care enough to correct? more

I dropped in to see if they were able to change two bulbs for me...one headlight and one taillight, Within 2 minutes they were out looking at the car and 15 minutes later they were done! more

Same as always. Guys are friendly, I can drop my car off whenever I want and pick it up after work. Very nice with them working with my schedule. Haven't been to another oil change since I moved here in 8 months and I don't plan on changing. more
