the best oil change around!

Worst

This place does fine with thier oil changes...but at a very high price. They also do auto repair, but I have not been happy with their service and again, they are very expensive....

On my way to the Palace when got a flat tire :( I was in and out, and back on the road in less than 10 minutes, and they even checked my fluids! I always appreciate the great service & will be back. Thank you! more

The staff at Quality Lube is the best. The only place that I will take my car now. Always have my brakes done there and prices and quality of work is great. Never had an issue, and they always treat me right. Pros: Good prices, great auto service more

Best service I've had at a drive-through oil change. Clean shop, nice people, lots of oils to pick from. I'll be back! 1/9/2008

This is the best oil change that I've visited. I was really impressed that they had so many oil brands to choose from...not limited to just Pennzoil or Valvoline. They did my oil change, changed my head light bulb and replaced my serpentine belt all from the comfort of my car. Drove in and out, no hassle, and good prices. Definitely recommend to anyone new to the area. Pros: Really good mechanic on staff 7 days a week more

Best service I ever Had I will never go anywhere else!! 6/4/2007

Quality is a place you can trust without a doubt. I've never had any problems at all. They are so convienant they are a total car care place from oil changes to my brakes and I had a wierd noise in my front end and nobody could figure it out but the mechanics at quality did, great job guys I'll be going back for many years to come Pros: too many to list trust me and check it out Cons: none that come to mind more

Great inspection with oil change...thanks for finding problem 3/30/2007

Thank you for recognizing that I had a cracked serpentine belt. The other oil changes I went to never even mentioned it...and it was really cracked and ready to break. I would have definitely broken down had you not done such a good job inspecting my car during the oil change. Thank you for a great service and I will be back! Worth going to. Thank you for the superior service 6/27/2006

I am new to the Michigan area and looking for a good auto service center. I was glad to find Quality Lubrication. I had spent over $50.00 at the dealer for a new passenger compartment air filter. I had a new a/f installed at Quality Lubrication for less than $20. My oil change service was excellent...they even had my Motorcraft brand oil too and much less than the franchise places I use to go to. I highly recommend for good prices and good service. Want to write and say thank you for the great service on March 1, 2006. Your service tech, Andy, is very helpful and recommended that I change my serpentine belt. As he showed me, it was very cracked and ready to break. I had just been to my dealer and they never even mentioned it to me. Great service - hands down! 12/7/2005

I drive from nearby Bloomfield Hills to have my imports and domestics serviced at Quality Lubrication. They have great oils and quality products, plus they don't charge dealership prices - I got a great prices on a cabin air filter. I have found their prices to be much less than nearby Uncle Ed's, Jiffy Lube, etc. They are not a franchise, but family-owned so the quality is better and so is the pricing. Excellent Service for 25 years! 12/7/2005

Quality Lubrication was one of the first oil changes in the state. I have had my vehicle serviced there for all 25 years they have been in operation. They offer 14 + brands of oil and quality oil filters. Their full service oil change is comprehensive and the staff is knowledgeable and clean-cut. The price for a full service oil change is also less than the price charged at area franchises...Uncle Ed's, etc. For those who understand quality service using quality motor oils, filters, etc., this is the place. They also sell synthetics, Royal Purple and Mobil 1 which I tell all of my racing buddies. The only shop I go to. PROS: Great oil selection plus synthetic oils CONS: more

Wonderful service for 25 years. 12/7/2005

Top-notch service. I have taken all of my cars to Quality Lubrication for more than 20 years. They have many oil brands, and the staff are familiar with a wide range of vehicles. A very clean environment, friendly people and good prices. I have never had a problem with their service. I have had friends who have gone to bargain lube shops only to have drain plugs stripped, bad service, etc. Not the case here. more

Way over-priced 6/1/2005

This place does fine with thier oil changes...but at a very high price. They also do auto repair, but I have not been happy with their service and again, they are very expensive. It would be one thing if they did fantastic work and it was worth the extra money, but they aren't great. more
