Took 3.25 hrs to change oil and front brake pads. Supposed to have been 1.25 hrs. The reason for the delay? They forgot they had my car. I reminded them after waiting for 2 hr...

I am "tired" 10/19/2015

My tires are still under warranty .There is a bubble in my front passenger tire and should be replaced free of charge. Action Hyundai doesn't have a copy of the paper work. The tire warranty co. is closed on Saturday and I have a Saturday appointment. I pay for the tire and may be reimbursed in 5-6 weeks. I leave my 8AM appointment at 11:30AM. I am tired. more

Thorough and timely 9/7/2015

I had an issue with battery/starter to address immediately however they were willing and able to also provide oil change/tire rotation and fix a recall issue without prior notice once I arrived- midday on a holiday weekend. more

Horrible wait time 9/7/2015

Made an appointment for 1:30PM for an oil change. Never left until 3:30PM. Totally unacceptable for an oil change. Also, service writer went missing through my wait time and I had nobody to talk to regarding my unreasonable wait time. Deplorable if you expect customers to come back! I did not recognize any of the service people so I assume everybody is new. Bad move, everybody looked confused including the service writers! I was considering purchasing another Hyundai for my fiancé but I have a bad gut feeling about Action Hyundai and whether they will be in business much longer. Your service department was much better the last time I serviced my Hyundai there. I probably will not be back unless there are factory recalls. more
