oil change & rotate tires plus car wash & topped off fluids plus checked alignment .time a little over an hour wait

Took 3.25 hrs to change oil and front brake pads. Supposed to have been 1.25 hrs. The reason for the delay? They forgot they had my car. I reminded them after waiting for 2 hr...

My salesman, Ron, was off but another salesperson, Ed Wahsner, helped me when I had questions on the operation of the headlamps on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. Ed was patient and answered all of my questions - I am very satisfied with Quality Hyundai! more

Found a truck, came in and test drove it... 20 minutes later deal was settled no hassles and no headache...nw if they do the "We Owe" as promised then I'll give them 5 stars. Would recommend this dealer to all my friends. more
