Great Location, service and staff 7/29/2011

The service was excellent, from housekeeping to front desk everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean great for the price. Inner rooms had patio doors which lead to the pool area and gazebo. Location was great for us view of the ocean across from the hotel which is located right off interstate 10, We were about fifteen minutes away from attractions. Hotel has bar with live entertainment Thur - Sat. more

breakfast was DELICIOUS and the staff was EXCELLENT!!! 7/28/2011

It was late and we just ""happed"" upon this hotel. It was located right off the highway. What LUCK!!! The staff was able to accomidate our special needs. We were greeted by a smile and kindness at every turn! We were lucky enough to meet the manager the next morning at the FULL breakfast buffet. He apologized for the hotel conditions and explained he had just taken over a few months earlier. The only ""condition"" was that there wasn't NEW carpet. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, breakfast was DELICIOUS and the staff was EXCELLENT!!! If we are ever in Florida again, we would definately stay there!!!! more

Cozy warm rooms and very clean hotel 7/26/2011

We travel from south florida to texas...this hotel was perfect!! the rooms are cozy and warm, clean and the back patio door was very convenient for us to keep our bikes in the room. Breakfast buffet was excelent, and the view of the bay from the dinning was nice too. the location was also perfect, just at the end of he bridge. if you stay here you must visit the beach. we definitely staying here again in our way back to florida. The staff is very friendly and as soon as we arrived the make us feel like home!!! more

I was very satisfied with the hotel and the staff; convenient location, clean and accommodating. They had a breakfast buffet every morning with a large fresh cooked selection that was excellent. All in all it was a nice place to stay and the staff were very helpful in responding to all of our needs. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. more

Excellent service for a good price 7/21/2011

is a great hotel. The prices are the best. The management is excellent and the hotel is great. We were surprised with the excellent service we received compared to the low price we paid. Just give it a try. You will enjoy it. more

Hotel in nice location, very convenient to airport and mall. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered. I will defiantly go to Ramada bay view when traveling through Pensacola more

excellent spot 7/8/2011

The hotel staff was excellent in accommodating my needs, very polite and extremely helpful. Never too busy to help out with simple things like; places to eat, local venues etc. The hotel was in an excellent spot with a great view of the bay and minutes from the gorgeous beaches. Hotel housekeeping kept my room in order everyday I stayed and everything was always in shape when I came in more

Nice, clean, large rooms with very comfortable mattress and easy access to the nice pool from your own sliding glass door. Easy access off I-10 and then 15 min to beach. Great staff and an excellent continental breakfast facility more
