Average 9/30/2013

Spent about 2,700 and my breaks are squeaky after being changed. Returned to have steering wheel straightened out and aligned. Not quite aligned and will be back for adjustment. more

My AC switch problem was not fixed. They recommended a AC service and they said tha would fix it, but it didn't. I was disappointed because I have limited funds and I can't now fix it until next month. more

Quality Auto/Expert Auto has been our family's mechanic for many years. Their prices are lower than the dealer's, and they stand behind their work. Recently they have added Robert as a service writer - he is a great addition to the business. The new online access to our vehicles history and the ability to schedule appointments, in addition to just dropping off the car, is great. They are fair and honest. We recommend them to all our friends and family. more
