The sign outside says Qdoba Mexican Grill. I didn't notice anything being grilled, and the food - except for the soup - was cold.
Everything is in tins along the counter in a buffet style, but that it's not hot. The tortillas, taco meat, and chicken were cold. There are plenty of ingredients to add, from pico de gallo to cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and onions, and they don't skimp on the servings, but the finished product doesn't taste cooked.
All of the tables in the dining room were dirty, and the iced tea at the beverage dispenser was empty. When I let the counter know, they didn't care; nobody made an effort to make any more. We were there on a Saturday night at 7:15 pm, and they weren't busy, so there's no reason for the dining room to be untidy.
The only pro was the cost - we fed 4 people for $20 - but that's not enough to make us return.
