Yeah.....everything you read on here is true. If you see a good review, it is a employee, come on people. Here is my brief run down of this company.
Every car on the lot has a FULL 100% clean retail price tag on it. Really? Don't you think that if it ""was"" clean retail, it would be on a respectable lot? When you ask about the price, they will tell you ""The price is a high risk financing price."" Really? We are the one's that are ""high risk?"" It's high risk buying a used car from here to begin with!
Example:
2003 BMW 325i - full CLEAN retail is 10,9k (they wanted 11,9k with 190k miles). Trust me, it was only worth below average, which was 5000 to 6500k. It had A LOT of problems. Cosmetics and mechanical.
Their cars are really REALLY rigged. But don't rigged so that they will run, oh no, their rigged so that they look good. Spray painted interiors (they don't even bother to move the seat belts out of the way), RTV gasket sealant on anything that is loose, put drywall screws in door panels to keep them from coming loose, spray paint ALL outside trim ( will no knowledge of what masking tape is ), and they put USED battery's from Battery Inc in all their cars. The list can go on forever. You know what I am going to do with my car when I pay it off???? Part it out. That's all its worth.
They install GPS tracking devices under your steering column, which is illegal without written consent expressed in your contract....which it is no where to be found in the contract. I found my gps wire tied under my steering column. I then googled how much it was worth, 276 dollars, I then walked outside and smashed it on the sidewalk. I even called a law office, they said they were currently dealing with several cases open with them and gave my advice on how to deal with the gps installed.
NEVER take your car or ANY car to their service department. The guy is rude and clueless to what he is doing. !YOU WILL! get your car back missing parts. Trust me...I am dead serious on that. It's not just me, 3 others that I have met that go to them said the same thing.
Late payment...thankfully I have never had a problem, but if you are more than 9 days late, say bye bye to your car. You can't hide it, remember what they installed in it?
Customer service? There is none. Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude, rude people. Trust me. They make minim wage, take their job to serious, and they think their better then you. HA!
Check your tires before you buy! Most of them are mixed matched and barley legal. Some of them are not legal, and they have wire showing.
The Upgrade Program, HA! All your going to do is, upgrade to a more expensive car.....with the same amount of problems. Not to mention upgrading to a full clean retail price for a car that is FAR from it.
Well.... would I recommend this company to anyone else?
No. Never in a million years. Just buy a car off craigslist....just make sure its not around tax return.
If you HAVE to go to a place like this, check everything you can. Read Florida's Implied Warranty Laws for Used Car Dealers and trust your gut. Oh, and tell the salesman to shut up, you know what your doing. Check oil, look under the oil cap, smell the oil cap and run the car with the oil cap off. Turn key to ON (not start). Look for the Check engine light, if there is NO LIGHT ON, it has been pulled, walk away. If it is on, start the car. Make sure the light goes away, if not, walk away. Push down on all four corners of the car. It should bounce one and half times and stop PROMPTLY! If not, walk away. Remember, Clean retail HAS NO PROBLEMS! If you find a lot of problems, never in a million years will they go down in price. Because they know a sucker will come in right behind you and buy it. Just walk away......walk away.
