Their ad says "0 down, no dealer fees, sign and drive". Get there and you will find they want over a grand in "fees". Wasted my time because I won't deal with liars.

I've seen the Qablawi TV ad many times. My 1st thought was with a name like Qablawi, you're going to get screwed. Reading the reviews conforms my thought. My constructive criticism is to change the son's image; the white shirt and body language. He seems unnatural...Roy more

Don't waste your money or time. Qablawi will sell you an over priced lemon and convince you to have the repairs done at their shop for 50% off. The 50% off sounds promising until you find out there is always something wrong with the vehicle every month. So not only are you stuck with a car payment but have to pay for the costly repairs on a car that is probably no longer worth the face value. The owner Tony is a total SCAM ARTIST!! RUN while you can!! BTW- All of the positive reviews are made by Qablawi employees!! Tony has them scammed too...feel bad for them. more

Me and my wife where looking for a dependble car in cocoa, every where we went before would try to get us to finance when we just wanted to pay cash. We didnt have much and didnt want to owe anything. I saw a car priced online and called Qablawi's up. They told me these are cash specials and that they had 90 days same as cash. I was happy that they didnt try to finance me into a more expensive car. I didnt have to pay a dealer fee, and I did take them up on the same as cash deal. We are happy with our purches and will recomend them to my brother when he moves down to florida. \r more

I came to Qablawi with only 1400 to put down. The guys inside got me started even before i walked in the door! I filled out the application and got a phone call the next day asking me to bring in documents because i had been approved! I ended up getting into a $7000 car with low payments! I will definatly be coming back in a year to use the upgrade program. Qablawi really did make it easy for me to get into something affordable. Thanks guys! more

Qablawi Auto Sales is an awesome place to purchase a car, truck, van, whatever you are looking for. They have an excellent staff that love's to help. In 2011, we purchased a 2002 Cadillac Escalade from them and we love it. We were just getting back on our feet and they gave us a second chance at purchasing a nice vehicle. The vehicle suits our needs and is luxurious at the same time. We also want to thank Ms. Brenda for all of her hard work and support. She's great at what she does and helps to enhance the great experience we have at Qablawi Auto Sales. \r \r Thank You, \r Stevie and Samantha Habbit more

RUN RUN RUN! 11/14/2011

ATTENTION: If you had a bad experience with these guys call: 386-736-5108 to lodge a complaint... FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Pay careful attention to other online reviews about this company! IF you've been a victim of their LEMON CARS contact the florida deparment of vehicle safety! They'll point you into the right direction! They will lie to you, a large percent of their positive reviews are made by their own associates! I know a guy who used to work for them and he used to joke about it. It was a big joke. I didn't mind it until they burned me on a car! My enginge blew up 2 months after getting it. They fixed it then the radiator went out... nothing but problems every since. They make you pay 50% of the repairs. I've lost over $1000 in this car! RUN RUN RUN! more

Shortly after we purchased our vehicle, we had clutch problems. They were fixed in a timely manner and offered a rental. You don't get that kind of service at any buy here pay here! more

Awesome place 8/10/2011

I came here about a week ago and purchased a Honda. At first i was sceptical, but the marketing guy who handled my paper work Scott re-assured me that they work with everyone and anytype of budget. He was fast and got me to see the finance guy. In no time i was out and Scott whom i been working with over the phone and emails matched me up with a great sales agent. Jerry Took me around their HUGE lot of cars and after a little while i fell in love with a Honda. I really needed a car for work and they worked with my Down payment. I only had 1,800 Down. They helped me get into a great car. They replaced a few things per my request before i got it and service was fast. Thanks Bruce. I love that they have such a LOW rate of only 9.99% I cant find that anywhere with my credit. I also LOVE that they gave me super low payments of only 200 a month. i recomend Qablawi Auto sales to everyone. thank you so much more

Reviw 8/3/2011

My past experiences with used car dealerships have been horrible.. Qablawi changed that. The process was quick and painless.. actually enjoyable. For those who have gone through difficult financial times and wish to restore their credit, this is a good place to start. more

Epic Used Car Dealer 7/27/2011

My Experience as a customer at Qablawi Auto sales was amazing. When I was left carless with no where to turn on help getting into a used vehicle, these were the guys that helped me out. I am now about almost done paying for my 2002 Dodge Caravan and never had a bit of problems with it. Boy am I so happy I went with Qablawi, you will be too. Thank you team at Qablawi!!!!!! =) more

AMAZING 7/23/2011

Qablawi is AMAZING. They gave me such a great experiance! I bought a 98 beetle from Qablawi. The sales team were very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs and personality. My beetle had a clutch issue and I called the service department and they got my car in and out the same day! The finance team and collections team are really helpful when it comes to making a payment or needing extensions. Great car dealer! more

Review For Qablawi Auto Sales 7/21/2011

Qablawi Auto Sales was a great experience. The sales process was very welcoming. Qablawi tries their best to work with you on the pricing and due dates. When i purchase my 2004 honda accord the car was solid. Engine runs strong, so does the transmission. Of course i had to get an oil change but thats about it. I would recommend Qablawi to anyone in the market to purchase a car that will last long. more

Positive Experience 7/21/2011

We purchased our vehicle in March 2011 from Qablawi Auto Sales. We were in need of a bigger vehicle for our family. Qablawi allowed us to purchase our 2002 Cadillac Escalade with little to no problems. It was a great experience for us and we appreciate them giving us a second chance with purchasing a vehicle. Our account manager Gina is great to work with. We recommend Qablawi to anyone. \r \r The Habbits more

Don't be fooled. 7/16/2011

Yeah.....everything you read on here is true. If you see a good review, it is a employee, come on people. Here is my brief run down of this company. Every car on the lot has a FULL 100% clean retail price tag on it. Really? Don't you think that if it ""was"" clean retail, it would be on a respectable lot? When you ask about the price, they will tell you ""The price is a high risk financing price."" Really? We are the one's that are ""high risk?"" It's high risk buying a used car from here to begin with! Example: 2003 BMW 325i - full CLEAN retail is 10,9k (they wanted 11,9k with 190k miles). Trust me, it was only worth below average, which was 5000 to 6500k. It had A LOT of problems. Cosmetics and mechanical. Their cars are really REALLY rigged. But don't rigged so that they will run, oh no, their rigged so that they look good. Spray painted interiors (they don't even bother to move the seat belts out of the way), RTV gasket sealant on anything that is loose, put drywall screws in door panels to keep them from coming loose, spray paint ALL outside trim ( will no knowledge of what masking tape is ), and they put USED battery's from Battery Inc in all their cars. The list can go on forever. You know what I am going to do with my car when I pay it off???? Part it out. That's all its worth. They install GPS tracking devices under your steering column, which is illegal without written consent expressed in your contract....which it is no where to be found in the contract. I found my gps wire tied under my steering column. I then googled how much it was worth, 276 dollars, I then walked outside and smashed it on the sidewalk. I even called a law office, they said they were currently dealing with several cases open with them and gave my advice on how to deal with the gps installed. NEVER take your car or ANY car to their service department. The guy is rude and clueless to what he is doing. !YOU WILL! get your car back missing parts. Trust me...I am dead serious on that. It's not just me, 3 others that I have met that go to them said the same thing. Late payment...thankfully I have never had a problem, but if you are more than 9 days late, say bye bye to your car. You can't hide it, remember what they installed in it? Customer service? There is none. Rude, rude, rude, rude, rude, rude people. Trust me. They make minim wage, take their job to serious, and they think their better then you. HA! Check your tires before you buy! Most of them are mixed matched and barley legal. Some of them are not legal, and they have wire showing. The Upgrade Program, HA! All your going to do is, upgrade to a more expensive car.....with the same amount of problems. Not to mention upgrading to a full clean retail price for a car that is FAR from it. Well.... would I recommend this company to anyone else? No. Never in a million years. Just buy a car off craigslist....just make sure its not around tax return. If you HAVE to go to a place like this, check everything you can. Read Florida's Implied Warranty Laws for Used Car Dealers and trust your gut. Oh, and tell the salesman to shut up, you know what your doing. Check oil, look under the oil cap, smell the oil cap and run the car with the oil cap off. Turn key to ON (not start). Look for the Check engine light, if there is NO LIGHT ON, it has been pulled, walk away. If it is on, start the car. Make sure the light goes away, if not, walk away. Push down on all four corners of the car. It should bounce one and half times and stop PROMPTLY! If not, walk away. Remember, Clean retail HAS NO PROBLEMS! If you find a lot of problems, never in a million years will they go down in price. Because they know a sucker will come in right behind you and buy it. Just walk away......walk away. more

Macklin Family 7/15/2011

This is the second car that I have purchased from Oablawi Auto. The first was a 99' Dodge Durango. Since we have crappy credit due to medical bills, this establishment is right for us. The Durango needed a black box for the fuel delivery system, which Bruce in the garage took care of right away. It was hard to get the new part,so we used our old car ... on them. After the alotted time we updated to a 2007 PT Cruiser with 34,000 miles on it. The radio didn't work but Bruce had it fixed in 20 minutes. Jim made that happen on his word. I didn't like the front left tire but Jim said run it for awhile and we'll do something about. Man of his word...Yep. I had a blow out on I95 going along in the left lane with the rest of the speed demons, when the left more then blew. Luckly I was able to get from the left lane to the right because of the way the car is built. I like the easy tire change with the PT Cruiser . Went straight to Qablawi and when Jim saw the scredded tire he got his guy's on it at once. I took less than an hour for both front tires to be replaced... and no charge. Tony,Jim,Todd and the rest of the crew were strictly professional. When Tony goes to buy these cars, he really tries to get the best he can for what is out there to meet our needs. For my part...they are a great crew. Ooop's... so is the office crew. more

I like they have a Service Dept 7/13/2011

I have a car from them, and the reason I bought it there was for the convenience of the Service Dept. I had a chance to use them, and I'm happy that it worked out great for me, it made me happy to feel peace of mind that if something's wrong with the car I can bring it in to get inspected/serviced. That was my biggest worry with a used car more

Not without A carfax. Dont trust this dealership 6/1/2011

I contacted Todd B via autotrader this morning asking about a vehicle and a carfax vehicle report...here is a copy of the conversation - \r Qablawi Auto Sales: Thank you for choosing Qablawi Auto Sales!\r System: We have alerted the online representatives that you are waiting. Someone should be with you momentarily.\r System: A representative has joined the conversation. Compose your message below and then click Send.\r Todd B: Hello, How may I help you?\r You: im looking at the 02 yukon, was wondering if you have the carfax on it so that i can look into it\r Todd B: We have to many vehicles that come and go on a daily basis to do that. I can tell you all of our vehicles are localy bought. They are all in good condition\r You: ok. thats nice. can you get a carfax on this particular vehicle? you buy it locally but that dosent mean it didnt come here from somewhere 500 plus miles away. This is an investment for me. If you cant take the time to get a carfax for me, why should I invest 10k of my hard earned monies?\r Todd B: I do apologize but I do not have the manpower to be able to get you a carfax.\r You: wow, really? its really that hard to put a vin number into a computer system and get that information. You couold very well do it within the time we have been talking here. or is it the fee that they charge you?\r You: this conversation will be placed everywhere I see your adds. Its pretty sad that a dealer wanting to offload ""quality"" inventory dosent want to give the investing customer any solid black and white info on a used vehicle. \r Todd B: They do charge us a fee.\r You: Duhh...nothings free!! well execpt for problems with a vehicle that arent disclosed at the time of sell. Thats why there is carfax. thanks for letting me know that you cant do something that simple to get a 10k sale.\r You: were done here!\r \r more

Don't Listen To All Of These Negative Reviews 4/29/2011

You'll just have to try them yourself. First of all, I purchased a 04 Mazda in February. I originally went to look at an 06 Mazda. The vechicle was in the shop, so they had me do the initial paperwork.\r \r I went to the bank to get the payment, when I came back they told me that the car was having a transmission put in it and offered me another Mazda (04). Keep in mind, if this dealership was shady one; they wouldn't have told me anything about the tranny work and they would have given me the vehicle anyway. Then I would have had a lemon.\r \r The 04 was cheaper and clean with new tires. It had more room (wagon) and less miles. I finished the paperwork and waited for them to clean the vehicle, then I was on my way.\r \r I live in Pasco county and I still purchased a vehicle from them. The only problems that I have had is replacing the power steering hose and a wheel bearing. This is because I work an hour away from home, 5 days a week. Besides, I purchased a USED CAR. \r \r I didn't need their warranty or free oil changes(too far away) as I work at a honda dealership and I can get the work done for pennies. Compared to their 12,000 mile 50/50 warranty\r \r I would like to recommend Steve and there was an older guy with dark hair and a beard. Sorry, I can't remember his name. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the insurance company they set me up with and that the car had no gas after finishing.\r \r *PLEASE HAVE YOU OWN INSURANCE COMPANY\r MG INSURANCE COMPANY IN WINTER HAVEN, FL IS A LOAD OF @&$* They still owe me around $160 (a fee they charged for starting) and everytime I call they are too busy (manager always out)and never return calls. They quoted me 104, I got the bill two weeks later and it was 150 more. I've already received a check from the insurance company (Gainsco). MG only sent Gainsco 200 of the 300 down payment.\r \r **I've worked in the sales dept (honda) and service dept (infiniti) of major dealerships. People, please understand that when you buy USED it is AS IS!!!! You're suppose to look the car over thoroughly or bring your own mechanic. Get a carfax and ask about the maintenance history\r \r I have the worst credit and Qablawi worked with me. more

dont waist your time 4/4/2011
