I had been pass by one day saw sign $499 puppy, and I stop in bough a puppy after go home two day later the dog start having bloody diarrhea my vet told me this puppy have parvo chance to live is 50/50, We spend $2300 just to save the poor little guy good thing is He made it I did not call the store for refund, because I know they not going to pay my vet bill. Stay away from this place bad experience. more

O.K. well, I have only had my Siberian Husky for 5 days so far, so it is too soon to know for sure how healthy he will be down the road, but i am optimistic. I did just take him to my vet and god a clean bill of health. I get compliments from everyone on him. as far as the store is concerned, it is very clean and they have a little yard set up so you can play with the puppies. The owners are very nice and you can see that they care about the dogs there, The owners wife actually tilted her head in sadness when we left with our little husky. It's too soon to see if there are any health problems.,but the owner gave us a guarantee that if anything is wrong, they will refund the money or pay for any problems with the dog up to the cost of what we paid for the dog. The owners are not pushy at all, which to me, means that they really care about who gets the dog to make sure that they get a good home. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a puppy. more

Well let me just say that this is the best puppy store i have ever been to.The puppies are healthy and top of their standard.I have bought two Boxer puppies and one Golden Retriever from this store and they are stunning. I cant walk down the street without a complement.The staff is very friendly and professional.And as you know they know me well because i am always going there for something LOL.When you find a puppy your interested in you can play with it in this little pin that they have their and decide if its for you.And the best thing about is if the puppy your looking for isn't already there they will make a SPECIAL ORDER for you.SO im going to end this saying if your in the New York area Brooklyn, Bronx even long island and you are looking for your moneys worth place you bet right here in Q PUPPIES!!!. We have been looking for a puppy for a long time, when we stumbled upon this jewel of a pet shop. We walked in to find it totally clean and the owners, Kenny and Jenny were friendly and not some pushy sales people. All the puppies were perfectly groomed and wearing cute little sweaters. We found our gem of a dog, we asked the owners to take him out for us. They placed him in the sectioned off dog area and we began to bond. We were not hassled or made to feel obligated. When the owner cam e over to us he told us all about the dog and told us that he worked with the dog on obedience and it did show. The dog knew simple commands such as to stay and to stop.WE feel in love with the dog and felt confident that we were selecting a dog who was from somewhere he was loved and treated very well. when we began the paper work for our new baby, Kenny was very thorough and explained everything to us as it should be done but is nto in all pet shops around the city. WE even got to meet with the vet right there in the store. The Whole process was just smooth. You can really see how much these owners care about their puppies. They are not just another pet store that is out to make money without caring. They even have potential customers who are first time dog owners watch a DVD about puppies.
