This dealership is not fair when it comes to to giving you what your vehicle is really worth as compared to what they actually try to sell it for. Be ware to all especially the elderly.This dealership gave an 87 yr.old customer $7,500.00 trade in on a clean 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 13,245 miles and have it on their lot for sale at $13,000.00. That is a $5,500.00 markup. ARE THEY LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMERS BEST INTERESTS OR THEIRSELVES? more

The service team at Q Chrysler Jeep Dodge knows what they are doing? I went in for a quick oil change and they were like speed racers? I was outta there less than 30min I was impressed and I?ll definitely send people over to Q C.J.D!!! more

Many people including myself are very iffy about dealerships due to the pushy and dishonesty? However Q Chrysler Jeep Dodge proved me wrong, they gave me my space and time to really look at the wonderful selection they had! It was quite interesting how honesty is the key to selling someone and that?s what they did? I felt like they took care of me and what I wanted. more

What great selection of vehicles to choose from! When I walked in the dealership I was amazed on the big selection of vehicles they had. It was like a fat kid at a candy store! I?m grateful for each and everyone that helped me purchase and made it an easy process to drive off the dealership! I?ve already sent a few people to Q C.J.D and I?ll be sending more! more
