I called on a weeknight and was in touch with a service person within an hour. My furnace was fixed by 8:00 am the very next morning! Great job Pyro!!!

PURCHASED NEW FURNACE.. HOT WATER HEATER AND OVERFLOW PUMP OVER 6000.00 INVESTED. LATER CALLED FOR A SIMPLE FIX....HOLE BETWEEN DUCT WORK THAT LED TO A HOLE AND COULD BE SEEN BY L...

I had my new A/C unit installed by Rusty and Andrew. They worked well together in keeping me informed throughout the install. They answered any question I had and were courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. The work performed was excellent and the finished product looked great. Service: Friendly, competent install. They were glad to answer questions. Quality: Looks like a solid product. We're glad to get a high Seer unit with the new R410A (+/-) refrigerant and will get a check from the government because of the high efficiency. more

Excellent Furnace repair 2/16/2016

We were having problems with our furnace shaking and not heating properly so we shut it off and called Pyro Heating. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a inspection with Anthony Boggetta. Anthony arrived as scheduled, was polite and considerate. During his inspection he showed us the problems he found with the furnace and explained in detail our options of repair and pricing. He explained that he would have to order some parts and schedule another appointment. He secured the furnace so that we would be comfortable turning on the heat. He kept in contact and when the parts came in he again arrived as scheduled. He worked hard and diligently to assure that the entire system was repaired correctly. We really appreciated his attitude of professionalism and care. We will definitely recommend Pyro Heating and Cooling - Anthony Boggetta to anyone that needs a great heating or cooling company. In the past we had used another company to perform a furnace check and were very uncomfortable with them and not satisfied with their service or attitude. Having owned a business in the past we understand the importance of having great employees. Anthony is that, and a great asset to your company! God Bless more

Anthony was thorough and completed the job. He also gave us helpful information concerning how to set our thermostat for optimal efficiency. Very pleased with the patience he showed until the issue with our furnace was found and repaired. Would definitely recommend him for future work. more
