Review content:
We were having problems with our furnace shaking and not heating properly so we shut it off and called Pyro Heating. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a inspection with Anthony Boggetta. Anthony arrived as scheduled, was polite and considerate. During his inspection he showed us the problems he found with the furnace and explained in detail our options of repair and pricing. He explained that he would have to order some parts and schedule another appointment. He secured the furnace so that we would be comfortable turning on the heat. He kept in contact and when the parts came in he again arrived as scheduled. He worked hard and diligently to assure that the entire system was repaired correctly. We really appreciated his attitude of professionalism and care. We will definitely recommend Pyro Heating and Cooling - Anthony Boggetta to anyone that needs a great heating or cooling company. In the past we had used another company to perform a furnace check and were very uncomfortable with them and not satisfied with their service or attitude. Having owned a business in the past we understand the importance of having great employees. Anthony is that, and a great asset to your company!
