Jessica W., 02/02/2015\r \r I will just say this, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Yes, it is clean in front, yes the front staff is kind and courteous, and yes it appears that it is a great place. That is until you need CARE. It is one thing to go to a vet for vaccines but it is another when you are needing care. I don't know what happened on this last visit but it was truly terrible. I can't begin to explain how incredibly upset I am that I allowed them to even ""treat or touch"" my precious baby. We as pet owners trust that the doctor's we take them to will do the right thing. The non caring attitude and being made to feel as if ""I will do this if it will make YOU happy"" is not acceptable. I have referred a lot of people here and I will never make that mistake again. ALWAYS trust your gut when it comes to your pets ALWAYS, you know them best. Do not let anyone talk to you in a manner that you are ""bothering them, or that you don't know anything just because you don't have a white coat on."" I did not come here because I was bored or needed something to do, I came here to get my baby the help she needed. They are condecinding and I felt as if the owner Dr. Maker, was extremely ""rushed"". I was told after another procedure that ""your dog has a low pain tolerance"". What should have been said is we don't know what the heck we are doing and we don't care so we hurt your precious baby! I would also encourage you LOOK UP the medication they prescribe to your dogs. One of the medications should have had blood work PRIOR to being given to my little dog. NEVER again will they touch my dog and I am sure they do not care because I am just a number to them. Our pet's do not have a voice so I am being it for her!! I am truly disgusted. I wish I could give ZERO stars! This was their second chance to fix it and that is true what they say, Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice same on me! more

They have given exceptional service for both our dogs. The front staff is friendly and quick to help. The vets are very knowledgable and take the time to listen. more

I've been bringing pets here since I was a teenager. My childhood pet had to be put down here, my rat had to be put down, and my pets go for their visits only there! They're always nice, they're so thoughtful, and everything always works out amazingly if a pet is feeling down.\r \r I'd definitely recommend anyone take their pets here. They even see my ferrets and take excellent care of them! more

I have been going here for over 15 years and have always rec'd excellent care from this group for my cats and dogs. They have gone above and beyond to ensure they got the best care PROS: highly skilled and caring vets CONS: none more

We did not have a Vet and our cat needed some immediate attention by a Vet. We looked to see where the closest vet office was and we called the Pyramid Veterinary Hospital. That was our first stroke of good luck. We called the office late one afternoon and were fairly desperate to have our cat attended to. They told us to bring our cat down right away and they would take care of him. What a releif it was to us. The entire staff is very accomodating and willing to be of any help that they can be. more
