Wounderful, less check out 10/15/2011

As always I walked out feeling like a million but When I checked out the young lady made a $180.00 error and when I told her it was not correct she took a bad attitude and also remarked that the computer is not roung. Thanks to Victora my stylist, things were taken care of. I do more then just my hair with Pyara and feel this young lady was out of line. more

The massage I recently had was definitely in the average category. I would not go back to the same person. However, I do go to the same salon for hair and eyebrow waxing, and both of those services are well above average. I will continue to go to Pyara for those services. more

A walk-in gets lucky 10/12/2011

I walked in on a spur of the moment decision and was greeted by staff who were determined to accommodate my wishes. As a result I had a fun, relaxing and wonderful experience. I loved being able to chat with other guests at the large table we all sat around while waiting for my color to be done by Thomas. The color is exactly what I was hoping for and the head massage while having my hair washed was to die for!!. My haircut by Brenda is very different from my usual and makes me feel very elegant and far more attractive. Thankyou to all the staff who were involved in my first experience with Pyara. I can't wait for my next appointment. more

wedding mistake 10/8/2011

I am very upset with the salon. I had a wedding to go to and for the price I paid to have my hair teased and curled it should have looked PERFECT... and it did not at all, the curls didn't last more then an hour and it was messy looking. I did not have much time to complain considering it took so long but, $70+ for an updo at this salon is not worth it at all! more

I have never had a bad experience at Pyara. My stylist listened to what I wanted and nailed it-from the head and neck massage to the makeup polish at the end truly a wonderful experience. more

Not great 10/3/2011

Didnt love it. Didnt hate it either. I went in for an updo and the stylist was doing my hair, as well as someone else's at the same time! She offered no suggestions on the updo I wanted. and, it ended up falling midway thru the wedding. Not enough hairspray, not enough bobby pins. I will not be coming back. A professional stylist should know better On a better note, your front desk personnel is terrific!!! more

Tanya did a wonderful job understanding what I wanted out of my hair color, but also giving me valuable insight into what would work best. Additionally, she listed to exactly what I wanted for my hair cut, and it turned out wonderful! Definitely am going back! more

Rhonda was wonderful. She asked which service I preferred first (I happen to like my mani first). She was not offended when I told her that I already filed my fingernails. Throughout the service, she asked if I was comfortable and if there was anything she could do. It was a pleasant mani/pedi. more

I had a great experience at Pyara. Amber-Lynn was fantastic at understanding what i was looking to accomplish with my hair and most importantly where the biggest problems were with my hair type. She was very knowledgeable and communicated perfectly what techniques she was going to use and why. Pyara and Amber have restored my faith in the salon experience and I can't wait to go back on a regular basis. more
