Bridal Party 11-11-11 11/15/2011

The experience was great. Elizabeth did my make up and it was phenomenal! Victoria did my hair and I had wonderful comments all night. However the reason you did not receive 5 stars was my daughter was charged $75 for a pony tail with curls. This was considered an updo. If I had known that I would have skipped the pony tail and done it myself. I can honestly say I was not impressed with her stylist either. Although Cindy did her make up and she did a great job. Overall I was pleased with the exception of a pony tail being considered a $75 updo. more

Wonderful Salon 11/14/2011

My stylist Erin is fantastic. Since she stated cutting my hair, I continually get complement on it. The little shoulder massage before the hair cut is wonderful. The staff is very professional and helpful when booking appointments and helping to choose products. more

Damage 11/11/2011

I went there with my beautiful long hair to do something simple, just a short cut...I asked to keep my long hair and style and unfortunately, I left with a terrible new look...when I got home, all my family asked me...what happened???do you went to a cheap salon or what?...I paid more than one hundred dollars and I felt so sad and upset. I back the same day to the salon to speak with the manager, a very rude one...she did not give me solutions, made me felt worse, ignore my complaint and I back home to cry!!! Therefore, for me...it is a very expensive salon with a cheap service and a disrespectful and non professional manager. Go under your own risk. more

I have been a monthly client at Pyara for about 18 months.Customer service is their top priority. The salon is immaculate. I enjoy the special discounts and promotions regularly. Most of all, I love my stylist Elyse. Coleen more

It was a chilly Saturday morning for my 8:00 Brazillian wax, but Mary was upbeat and cheerful. She was attentive, quick and thorough; just what one wants for this type of wax. more

Great First Experience! 11/2/2011

This was my first time going to Pyara (Burlington). My friend recommended it, and I had no idea it was so nice! It's like a spa escape. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had a wax, and my aesthetician made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job too! I would highly recommend Pyara for any of your spa/salon needs. more

Not a well managed salon 10/29/2011

The salon is nice and roomy. Nice products, there are some great hairstylists. But the staff turnover is awful always new faces. Not managed well at all. There are so many great salons around i wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. more

Facial with Plant Based Mask 10/28/2011

This was my first time at Pyara and I really enjoyed the services I had done! The ambiance of the spa section is very relaxing and so cute! I really liked the details of the decor, esp. the ceilings! As far as my facial- Cindy did an amazing job! She was very thorough with the Facial and my eyebrow waxing. The Extractions didn't hurt at all and the massage was very relaxing! I received the Plant Based mask and my skin looks even more amazing this morning! I decided to not wear foundation today! Thanks Pyara! I will be coming back soon! more

I found my new salon. 10/24/2011

Needed a change after going to the same hair stylist for 15 years. Decided to try Pyara as I had a spa day there about a year ago and enjoyed it immensely. Did not disappoint in the least! From the moment I walked in it was a great experience. Front desk people welcoming. The stylist actually took a lot of time listening to me and also made some suggestions when she understood what I wanted. I was given a neck message while waiting for my color to be mixed (fantastic!) and a hand massage later. Product was not pushed - I was just handed a list of what was used on a piece of paper when I left. I found my new salon!!! more

Enjoyed my visit 10/19/2011

I was glad to have spent time at the Pyara Burlington Salon yesterday. The experience as relaxing and I came away feeling great. My skin looks fabulous after a 90 minute facial with Mary and Ariel did a great job on highlights and all over color. I'm rebooked for my next vist! more

I had a couples massage in the burlington location and it was my first time ever getting any type of spa treatment. It was awesome, I never thought I could relax like that. Patricia is great, I will definitely be going back. more
