The experience was great. Elizabeth did my make up and it was phenomenal! Victoria did my hair and I had wonderful comments all night. However the reason you did not receive 5 stars was my daughter was charged $75 for a pony tail with curls. This was considered an updo. If I had known that I would have skipped the pony tail and done it myself. I can honestly say I was not impressed with her stylist either. Although Cindy did her make up and she did a great job. Overall I was pleased with the exception of a pony tail being considered a $75 updo.
