Yes, their products are upscale and high quality, but I can purchase those same toys at many other locations without having to deal with condescending, unreasonable cashiers. Even the owner neglected to honor his own return policy. I have never encountered such irritating and unreasonable behavior from all the employees in a store. Come to find out, two other mothers in town have had similar experiences. Not worth the aggrivation!
